I know this may not be your type of content, but I'd love a house tour lol. I just love your aesthetic, but that may just be me 😬

I’m sorry man but I have to say this because you need to hear this.. the consistency, the articulation, the atmosphere, the vibe, the educational & inspirational dialogue you have created on this account is incredible. Your aura just feels beautiful & deep & you just feel so genuine. So simplistic in the best way possible. Your videos are GORGEOUS to look at. And lastly the CALM TONE you speak in. Everything feels good in this space. Thank you for being you man. Seeing another black man like myself gives me hope that I can create the life I want for me & my family. Thank you Ronald. Seriously. 🙏🏽🌿 sending you overflowing peace my friend.

This is really wise! Helpful! Having a bigger margin for me means that there will be room to stop and smell a rose along the way, should one come up. Or, there might be time to listen to that conversation longer before running off to the next thing. It's a cushion to absorb life's little incidentals instead of having to bat them off one after the next because ever single minute is already planned out and spent. What a great word and what a great topic!

Thank you for the reminder. It is so needed! This applies, especially to my schedule. For years, I have been frustrated because I can never accomplish everything I put down on paper. Recently, I decided to time everything I do all day for a week. I realized how much time the transitions and the little things actually take. I need to be scheduling half as much!

This is really important; what you share in this video. I used to be a social person, doing a lot of things. But now my energy is very low and I need most quiet time. It's so hard to keep as much empty space as I need. I feel like I have too many friends to make the equation work.

I'm enjoying your videos and this one really resonated with me. Long ago, a friend helped me create more margin by adjusting my day to my biking speed. I used to drive places because I didn't have time to bike, even though I preferred biking. Once I adjusted to my bike pace, I found that I enjoyed having wider margins in general. Wide margins help me be present for each item in my schedule. Thank you for your guidance.

I love the comparison to biking and “adjusting to your biking speed.” Thats a great visual reference. Plus it’s awesome how now you have the margin to prioritize biking because you’ve allowed yourself to slow down and adjust your day accordingly. Love it! Keep it up!

I stopped cramming in so much in a day. I mostly don’t get my timing right and having fewer things in my todo helps. And I have automated some processes. It’s a load of my shoulders. Thanks for the food for thought 😊

I really like that your last videos have been a bit shorter than usual (≈ 5 min). You are so well spoken and I find that when your videos are 10+ mins I tend to think that I’ll watch it later when I can give you my full attention. I think you’ll gain views this way. Keep up the good and hard work Ron, always great content here. ✨

1 way I created a margin in my life is not cooking. It’s such a waste of time to me. Just my opinion
@williamclark1244
@williamclark1244 5 месяцев назад
Spending exorbitant amounts of time on the phone scrolling, playing video games and binge watching streaming services is such a waste of time to me. Because I don't waste time doing any of that I have plenty of time to cook healthy and delicious meals at home which also saves me lots of money. Just my opinion.
@DeionSardines
@DeionSardines 5 месяцев назад
@@williamclark1244 I doubt what your cooking is healthy. There are plenty of restaurants that have healthy opinions with the nutritional facts listed on the menu. They can probably cook better than you too, no hate, but they work at a restaurant for a living so 🤷🏾‍♂️. Make it make sense. However, you do got me on the budget$ reasons, not cooking is expensive. It can be cheap also, but don’t expect the quality of the food to always good or even decent. 😐
@DeionSardines
@DeionSardines 5 месяцев назад
@@williamclark1244oh! I forgot you also have to spend time with the clean up.😏

It might save time now, but your health and medical expenses will almost certainly suffer. Restaurant food is rarely very healthy, hardly any vegetables. If it's cheap stuff, it's ultra processed. It's pretty easy to make delicious, healthy food at home with a little effort.
@amyhoover9
@amyhoover9 5 месяцев назад
Without insinuating too much here, I can somewhat understand how tedious the cooking process is depending on what it is you're making. No matter what appliances you buy, healthy eating still requires effort, but there are ways to get around it. Starting small and only cooking one meal per week would be my starting point personally. You'd be amazed how many dishes you can whip up by using only a toaster or frying pan
