love this video, its very interesting and great to look at !! one thing though, 15 min is a bit long. maybe cut it up into 2 videos? otherwise, it was great so keep it up!
Sorry, in the video, you talked a bit too much. No offense it's not what you are thinking. I am talking you this so you can improve your videos to be more interesting. The content and intent to share your tips and knowledge with the world is really good. But when you talk for a bit too long when it's not about the main topic, watchers will lose interest. But other than that it was great!! Thank you so much. :)
I loved getting behind the scenes and seeing what it takes to make a video. I was a little confused as you went back and forth between brownies and bread, but the video makes you more accessible and relatable, which makes me want to watch your videos and go to your site even more. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Thanks for the feedback!! I'll keep that in mind. Luckily everything I mentioned has its own video and blog post already published so hopefully that's helpful xo
Thanks for another great video Tessa! So glad Chewie and Alfie got some airtime -thet are sooooo cute!! Chewie was just checking if the rolls were cooked!! :)
This was so interesting and helpful, Tessa! As a fellow recipe creator, you're such an inspiration to me. :) It was awesome to get to see behind the scenes. And great reminder about small changes to a recipe having a big impact sometimes.
wow, I had no idea that it was a technique people intend to use to beat the eggs and sugar together well to achieve the tissue thin crust on top of brownies but i've been doing mine that way and get that crust on top but didn't realize that was why! that's so cool! i learn so much watching your videos!
Nice, Tessa, thank's for sharing. I was wondering, since I became a vegan recently, would you consider ever to present a vegan recipe for cookies, cakes etc? That would be great!
Thanks, very useful advice : ) I like to use brown wheat flour more often than white because it doesn't bug hubby's stomach. Do you have any tips for getting more 'cake-like' results when making cakes? Muffins are fine, no problem.
Glad you liked it, Lynda! Making cakes with wheat flour is a challenge, it's heavier and denser than AP flour. Have you tried White Wheat Flour, like from King Arthur? That tends to be a little lighter and fluffier :)
