In this video I will be designing an example of a traditional moulded or raised panel door. This method can be adapted to suite any sized door and even nested to create a whole internal moulded door.
I can not remember specifically what tools were used in this example but you can use pretty much any end mill for the clearance passes and either ball nose of tapered ball nose for the finishing passes. Hope this helps.
