So for us we have very intentionally chosen to be a for-profit business because we really want to set that example for other businesses of being a powerful tool for social good and say hey you can you know be looking at your bottom line be profitable and you can make a difference So really for us you know we've been able to access a little bit through city and state for some support We have a job coach on staff okay um and do monthly workshops we've been able to get a little yeah a little support for for that role But for us it's really when people ask how to support we're like buy more nut butter tell a friend gift it gifted it out to clients and that's the best way to really allow us to grow our mission Have you been approached at all by anybody in the private sector for investment And what are those conversations like Yeah you know we we have been and we've turned away from a lot of that
