Biscoff spread is also known as cookie butter, is that available out there? My aunty in Canada very excitedly messaged me to say she had found some somewhere, so it won't be too long until it's available! 😊 Not sure what would taste similar to Biscoff though, so no suggestions I'm afraid, so sorry!!

So you can replace white vinegar with rice or red vinegars, but both those alternatives will alter the flavour of your bakes (rice vinegar is much sweeter and red vinegar has a different flavour plus it will make your doughnuts a slightly different colour). I haven’t tried, so don’t know how exactly it will change. The reason we use vinegar in baking is because it reacts with baking powder and helps the rise in your doughnuts, helping with creating a more light and fluffy bake. Hope that helps! 😊
@@poojarathi6070 ohh im sorry if it came of as rude i didnt mean it in that way but as an alternative for eggs you can use something like bananas so for every egg you use 1 ripe mashed banana or you can use apple sauce :)
