This explains everything! We live in a society that pushes us to specialize. I have come to terms with being a Debutant. Even amongst other INTJs I know I’m slightly different. I’m super creative. I love doing art, so I sell it in multiple forms on multiple online platforms, to multiple customer bases. I write novels (and yes, they have very hidden Fi themes in them). I learned publishing software so I can start my own press company in 2024 that I plan to make workbooks to help walk people through generally complex concepts (I build systems, lol). I monetize all my hobbies I can. If I’m not working on creating art to sell, writing books, working on learning system, I’m doing art of any kind - wood burning, painting, junk journaling, sketching, book binding, paper making, clay sculpting… If only I could work on my body like this 😢

Creative intj here and l am an esthetician. I love that it's a field that combines all my favorite things to learn about, science, art, human nature etc. So many fun rabbit holes to go down!

I've always been creative in one way or another, now in my 60s I'm a graphic designer, baker, and seamstress. All for money, but not committed to anything but enjoying myself and supporting myself. I also have a p/t, low commitment job. The thing with ambition is that it brings a lot of tedious problems and details I don't want to deal with, and if you want to grow your business, you'll have to eventually deal with - ugh! - employees. NO THANKS.

OMG YES. This really hits home with me. I've done a learning test and I've gotten about even on auditory learner and visual learner. During this conversation, for most of it, audio was doing the job perfectly. Until, the brain wiring part. That's when I would've love to see some visuals along side the audio, I thought would be really cool. The car model is a model I find myself often mentally referring to anytime I think about personality type stuff. Great video! Thank you! I would also like to add that I am definitely a generalist haha. I'm 37 and in my life I've done culinary arts, multimedia arts and design, cosmetology, multiple forms of martial arts, music production/audio mixing and most recently, in my early 30s I decided to try my hand at investing. Which, to your point about pattern recognition, I realized was something that I was good at but couldn't quite find the thing to really put that to the test and earn that ROI haha. Oh.. and my day job... that's a boring office job that allows me to think and learn more about my hobbies! haha. You nailed it with that! So, to any creative INTJs struggling with career like me, try looking into the investing/finance world.

Great video. I think I might be one of these. That furniture in the back attacks my tripophobia
