I must have been to this creek a hundred times, if not more. Every time it storms, I stare out the window like a dog waiting for its owner to come home. But I'm waiting to go pick up shark teeth and other fossils, because I know rain equals good finds at this spot. I love it because it always produces and this time was no different. Today I got a really nice mako with lightning strike patterns and a gorgeous tapir tooth.

Thanks for the fast response........! Like you its just a hobby for me also or better said COLLECTING of anything is my hobby. Never any shark teeth-----YET ! ! But if I had to pick.... It would be a tough choice between arrowheads or making powder horns (and doing a lot of fancy scrimshaw on them) , that really takes most of my time . I've been told .....CLEARLY ......MANY TIMES .....that I have way too many hobbies 🙄! I guess I really do but what will "just" 1-more harm ! ! Hey I guess you might get to see some scrimshaw in your part of the world , due to the history of the many old sea ports & harbors along the coast. Anyway , YES , I'd be glad hear the info you offered ! Thanks Again--- R

After the tiger tooth I saw a vertebra at the end of your middle finger but your probably got plenty. It is white and was round. Cool videos.

ok! Because I live in NC, and I would love to meet you, I saw your video from the Fossil festival/museum in Aurora, and I only live 1 hour and 30 mins away from there, and I've always had a passion for finding shark teeth!

Hey. I'm in Sumerville South Carolina today and tommorow and I was wanting to go to a creek and look for shark teeth. Would u mind giving me a address for a good entrance place for a good creek? Thanks a lot

theres a creek near the intersection of dorchester road (hwy 642) and trolley rd in summerville. go at low tide and look on the bottom. no tools tho coz there is a law against digging in the streams of summerville. good luck

Watch all your videos.... Great finds but what's with the guy below that calls BRF's "big fakes "?? Oh well ...can't please everyone! ! ! Do you guys ever take any outsiders on HUNTS FOR A FEE -by the day etc..??? I'd have to come from Alabama so I would probably want to go for more then just a day but ANYTHING you might offer would be great . But since I've never seen it mentioned before , I guess you don't. (Didn't hurt to ask) Keep them coming! Thanks a lot ....... Richard

i think some people are naturally skeptical and their first instinct is to disbelieve something until they know for themselves. it doesn't offend me, but i don't respond to the accusations. regarding trips, this is just a hobby for me so i don't lead hunts, sorry. if you want to do that, i know someone who offers fossil hunting tours and I'd be glad to pass on his information. thanks for the message and for watching!

you can't find megalodons there I don't think but, you can find these small crustaceans called trilobites. they are in the shale formations in central pennsylvania. One spot that is popular is called swarta state park
