Hi ! What my mom do : she puts a thin layer of sugar between each crepe when she cooks them. Crepes' heat melts sugar and it gives you delicious crepes ! (I'm franch sorry about my english)
Happy Saturday, Laura. Looking lovely as always. I don't think that I have ever had Crepes Suzette before, and now that I have seen you make them, I now have an incentive to try them out. They turned out absolutely amazing! Well done my lovely friend. Thanks for the upload. Have a beautiful and blessed rest of your weekend. Be well dear.
I already knew what you meant when you said *you're here* I'm sure every one understood & no one took it the wrong way. They're here for a reason like me. Learning mostly the Italian foods and loads of others.
Definitely you don’t need to explain yourself! I was actually laughing when you said that !! 😂😂🤣😂🤣 We are family! Not here to judge you but to enjoy every bit of it! 😘😘😘Keep going great Laura!!!
I use Grand Marnier liquor, but I live in France. I don't know if it's easy to get in the US though. Also, we traditionaly serve them with vanilla ice cream
Best Crepe Suzette I ever had was in Quebec City. When all was done and flambéd at the table they asked me if I would like some black ground peppercorn on my crepe. 😳 I could never have imagined 🤔 but it was absolutely delicious.
It’s actually an Austrian dish called Palatschinlen and you fill them with jam :) or Nutella and you roll them But ofc they exist in many parts of the world and the filling might be different
These are exactly the way we make pancakes in England. We usually serve them with lemon juice with a little sugar. We usually have them on Pancake Tuesday.
That looks so wonderful and mouthwatering. Thank you for working so hard to teach us all And you do give in such a heartfelt way. Thank you so much Carol
Looks amazing I can't wait to make this for my family! Love you Laura my fav youtuber! Would you by chance be able to show us how you make your pasticiotti recipe I saw it once on your insta stories? LOVE YOU
Yum, they look delish! Must try this some time. Just love crepes. Was wondering if you could make cherries royale some time. There use to be a crepe restaurant up here many years ago called the Magic Pan and it was one of my favourite items on their menu as well as their chicken divan. x

I only came to watch this episode cause it said 6 minutes ago with 696 views and in the one second it took me to click it, it jumped to 744 views...i have never eaten a crepe. Can one of these viewers enlighten me on its taste? Thanks a mil 😁🤗
I’d really love to see a video making a equally yummy version of the everything bantam bagel bites aka bagel bites with cream cheese inside and everything seasoning dusted on the tops..... mmmmm!!!!!! they have discounted them at my starbucks..... but I’d love to learn to make them!!!!!
It's neither of those two. The Samsung part just looks like it's advertising or if it was sowed on, I find nothing about them making aprons at all. Crate and Barrel have a red small logo similar to hers buts not it as well. As the logo on it is different 🤔
Laura, I love watching your cooking shows, and your crepes look delicious. I'm just wondering why you don't put your cooked crepes back into the pan and heat them in the delicious sauce. Aren't the crepes cold if you make them ahead and don't reheat them?
the correct way to make them is actually to put the crepes in the sauce, who has a bit of cream as well, then you onfold the triangles and coat them in the sauce and fold them back up and flambee them in cintreau. what she shared i think is the "wrong, but easier" way that is easier for beginners and such, the right way is a lot more techical and as she said you might light something on fire if you dont do it right.
Mrs. Laura, being from rural Kentucky, i have never had crepes. They look good, like very thin pancakes, i think they are from france. Anyone know what taste is similar to a crepe that an average person like me might have eaten & could associate the taste with ?, thank you.
It's like a pancake, no sweetness really on their own, they're very chewy, kind of eggy but not in a bad way. They're the perfect vehicle for fruit and sauces (in France they even put meat and mushrooms in them) but I find them more like a dessert.
Hi Laura, can you let me know is the flour plain or self raising? They are so appetising, you have done excellent.I adore all your recipes. Thank you so very much.
