You don’t have to have a gun to kill or seriously hurt someone. These were self celebrated serial killers who brag that they are strapped at all times and on go if u run up on me. von was a ruthless killer who shot plenty of people from behind as they ran away, when they’re in their cars, houses, porches, inside stores…..he didn’t give af if they could defend themselves or not. I think he will argue that he expected all the people coming towards him would also attack him. They don't have to belong to Von, for him to argue that. He simply has to proof that he perceived it that way. 20 against 1 would be a different situation, then a gun might be appropriate. Also since Von talked about killing and has been to prison, he might argue that the chance that he would be armed and/or ready to kill was way higher than in an normal beat down.

Everyone knows that no one uses their fists anymore and I hate to say it for ppl who might get salty but king von should’ve known that. He just wasn’t thinking and although we wish it didn’t end bad it did. If you’re really from the streets you know that niggas don’t fight anymore and if they do they just must be brothers or sum and they rather brawl it out than kill eachother

I get all of that, but I’m just confused on how it’s self defense when he wasn’t even the one being attacked nor was their another weapon being used as a threat. I’m not saying anybody is wrong I’m asking the question? Yeah nobody fights anymore why? Because they can’t everybody with a gun is tough but when it comes down to it they’re really soft. The only way I could see this is self defense is if Quando was being beaten within an inch of his life and Von wasn’t letting up, or Quando was being jumped by multiple people, or if Von showed a gun, or if one of his entourage threatened to shoot but if that’s the case why shoot Von and not the person with the gun. What’s this all boils down to is someone couldn’t handle the fact that their man couldn’t fight and was getting punished. Period.
