See I hate that. The constitution clearly says we have the right to a speedy trial but the court system really stretches. If you can’t gather sufficient information in a year max the suspect should be acquitted of me. Not saying they can’t be charged but start the investigation back no need to hold people in jail for a prolonged amount of time just to set them free people losing time they’ll never get back
