What lead to dissolution of state, where Latinized Provinces basically go own way, mutually not recognizing Byzantium who did not recognize them (what later was conquered by Turks, as only part what actually did fall). After several attempts to reunite and separations in massive conflicts. Finally reunited diplomatically under Roman Statute. And no one did noticed...
