i used a lvl 15 wok instead of a lvl 6 frying pan for the wok hay effect which is used in most asian cooking. Doing so increased flavor points and putting it on top of rice helps remove the craving chinese food debuff.
Pretty sure they only use corn starch, not flour, this is a variation, not exactly the same. They may velvet the steak as well with corn starch and baking soda before frying.
