Crispy gooey and delicious! Gone are the days of buying these at checkout. This will become one of your favorites quickly! FULL RECIPE: www.kingcooks.com/rice-krispie...
Made them and they are good. I used Kroger brand marshmallow, vanilla flavor, and cereal (cheaper then brand same taste), and tillamook unsalted stick butter. One box of cereal is 12 cups so enough for two batches. One bag of the mini marshmallows is 6 cups so it works out. Two boxes of cereal, four bags of marshmallows, one box of butter, one vanilla flavor, comes out to like 12 bucks for four batches, worth it in my opinion.
I have made this recipe about 4-5 X’s now I can’t believe how easy it is to make something this delicious. Also, love listening to the music in this video while I watch and cook. 👏
@@Thewaffle-nj5jc I would say she deserves a compliment since they were the best tasting Rice Krispies I ever had in my life plus she was also stating a fact they are better than store bought
I made these today for my daughter's birthday party! And these was a hit! Kids couldn't stop eating them! Im not sure wht it was but these were the best I've ever made!! Thanks for sharing this recipe 😊
This was my tradition with my kids. We would make them together to take to their school to share them with their class on their birthday. We made different versions, like with chocolate, or sprinkles, or what not. (We like them with peanut butter, too, but would never use that in school treats, because of potential allergies, if course.) It was great because they LOVED helping and it was always so easy for me. And different from cupcakes, or whatever. Such a great way to make them feel special at school.
Omg!! These are truly the best rice crispy squares ever!! We added a little extra vanilla and instead of the 1/2 cup melted marshmallows melted on the top, we added chocolate drizzle instead. So fine, so tasty, so delicious!
Just made them. Been making them all my life. Added flavor is the vanilla and trick is that extra cup of marshmallows at the end. I ate a whole role by myself 😂 - the best. Thank you for the added information.
Wow!!! As I'm stuffing my face with rice Krispies I can say this recipee is the best ever... these turned out so good!! Thank you for sharing! New subscriber sending love from Texas! Happy New Year!!
Having a Christmas potluck at my work tomorrow and just wanted to make something simple and tasty. This is thee perfect recipe since I bought the rice krispies cereal with the Christmas colors to make it go well with the festivities. Thank you for making this so simple and delicious!! 🎄😋
Yes I made those tonight and I added the vanilla extract late to the rice krispys and mixture. Then I had larger marshmallows and I microwaved them a few seconds to long add they got puffy but I added them anyway on top
Cinnamon toast crunch just released their minis cereal and I used this recipe with those and they turned out absolutely amazing. Thank you so much and I know this is an old video but that’s OK.
Made these and they turned out so good! Not having to do the double boiler was a major plus and I browned the butter first and it made them taste even better.
Can I use jumbo marshmallows? They are already opened and they might be old but can I still use it? Also how much butter will I need and marshmallows for 3 cups (foam cups) of Rice Krispie Cereal (This is coming from someone who wants to make some today but has no experience)
@@anjalijulka9070 I bought jumbo marshmallows because they didn’t have mini. But yes you can use them. I will cut mine in order to be able to measure correctly.
I searched for this video to give me a rundown of how I remember these being made. Ooo gurl I made some for my mom, brother, and I. I eyeballed the ingredients and then smothered some melted marshmallows on top of the treats when I molded them and omg they loved it. I just got done making a new batch for later and they're already excited
Just made them! They turned out great! One question though, when microwaving the marshmallow for the drizzle as recommendedin the video. The marshmallows turn into Jet-puff. How do you do it? Type of marshmallow brand?
I’m glad to hear that! If the marshmallows are giving you trouble melting you can add a couple teaspoons of water before microwaving. Let me know if that works!
