Cooking baby octopus couldn't be easier: braise gently until tender, marinate in an assertive lemon-garlic-olive oil marinade, then give it a nice sear to make it crispy. Stunningly delicious, add a Greek Salad, bread for mopping and a glass of chilled wine for the perfect summer meal!

I picked up 4lbs of baby octopus for 11.99/2lbs at my local Asian market. Looked up a video on how to clean them. Now trying to figure out what to serve them with. Not sure if I want to do noodles or veggies

You're actually boiling them to make them soft or tender. Otherwise they will be tough and chewy.

Wild caught Baby Octopus is unsustainable for the species even if it's yummy or not. Save the Octopus and cook something else.
