Lovely recipe, great style and instruction. I hate the ones that spend ages chopping onions as if people don’t know how to chop an onion. This is cutting out the BS and that is so much better.

Do I boil the water 1st bc your video says place potatoes in cold water & boil for 10 min not put them in one by one when it starts boiling! When boiling the potatoes for 10min do I wait for the water to actually boil boil or? Because I’m doing this as I type and I’m at the 10 min mark and the water itself has not started boiling like that .. I’m a perfectionist so I’m stressed right now 😩
@@alondraarroyo6161 Trust the process is what I learned! Follow the recipe as it is. It really does boil at 10min, you can leave it for a few more seconds if you’d like but you should be fine! .. I did it to a T & the potatoes turned out bomb! 🔥
You boil the water first , usually it takes 7 mins to boil water on the highest setting on the stove but it also depends on the stove to. Then after 7mins of boiling water, you add the potatoes and cook it for 10 mins
Hi Mama Bo, I really want to make this recipe, but there's something that I don't understand towards the end of the presentation, no matter how many times I play it back. The instructions say to bake the potatoes at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Next is the part I didn't understand ... it sounded like you said: "at 10 minutes, Mark freed the potatoes." I know this can't be right. Lol Can you please tell me what I'm missing? Thanks for sharing your great recipes!
Some potatoes are so sweet that they dont need seasoning. Babies shouldn't eat salt or sugar, because is not healthy for them (in general for adult too if is too much) I have 4 lovely boys Mashallah and I don't give then sugary or salty food. My baby is 10 months now and he never anything that contain salt or sugar.
I'm sorry, I didn't understand the wording... "...at 10 minute mark **freeze** the potatoes"? Flip the potatoes?? FREE THE POTATOES??? I didn't hear what to do at the 10 minute mark!
