6:19 did you mean crochet 6 SC per row for 11 rows? I tried your original instructions and that would just make the stem ultra wide, not long. I would very appreciate it if someone could clear this up.

Yes till row 11, do 1 SC in each 6stitches, so in each rows you will have 6SC stitches, from 12the row you will have to increase the stitches

Only 1 SC in 1 stitch , from row 1-11, you should have only 6 Stitch in each rows

pretty clear until the white part, i'm not sure how many i should have by the end of each row.. it's written in the green part but not the white one -> do you count the chain as a stitch or not ?

Hello there, that chain 2 i take at the beginning of every row does not count as a DC stitch, at the beginning we make 10 DC in the magic ring, then in the next row, we put 2 DC in each stitch, so 20 DC Stitches will be there in total,

Then in 3rd row, we have to do 1DC in 1 st stitch, then 2DC in 2nd, Again repeat this, In 4th row, we have to do 1DC in 1 and 2nd stitch, then in 3rd stitch, do 2DC, and repeat this

If the project fits in between your dogs crown then you are good to go , if not increase stitches for another row too
