Ok, so then just do as you said and add two more flowers, one on either side of the dark blue one and I'm pretty sure it will balance and look good that way. Its so pretty even without the extra flowers.

That was a lot of stairs you had to climb to get to the market place. Everyone seems so friendly. I want to make the blanket and the never ending flower shawl. And the road kill bunny scarf. I just need the yarn to do all that. The CAL shawl is very nice and I'm looking forward to making it. That is a lot of entries so far in the give away. My luck is no good I never win any thing but I would love to get Kenya yarn and coffee or tea. And I collect key chains so I would love a key chain from there. You are the best. Hi I am Carolyn from Australia. Found your vlogs last week. The yarns you have are great. Love all the bright colours you use. I love to crochet but it is only really cold in winter here so just for June July August. Even then the daytime temp can get up to 27c. Really enjoy the Kenyan news you give us. Did you find it hard to adjust when you first moved there? Looking forward to your next vlog

Hi Carolyn! We have the same seasons! Only "cold" here in July and August. My second year here was a bit rough - nothing to do - no where to go - no internet - $5/minute phone calls home, etc etc. I dove into my crafts, and the infrastructure improved SO much - now I would have a hard time moving back to the West!

Loved everything you made and enjoyed your trip to the marketplace. I think two more flowers in the front will make the shawl perfect. Looking forward to your March CAL I just ordered self striping yarn in muted tones of the high desert for the shawl. Monthly giveaways would be great more changes to win! The Secret Yarnery my kids off school today due to we having snow here. Nothing major but we don't know how to deal with snow in Ireland and the place shuts down. We're also due a storm too called Storm Emma! Perfect crochet weather 😉

Oh how funny, I’m in Miami, Florida, I think we are the Gecko capital of the world. We have them year round and have to choo them away from the door, but they still somehow get in. We have a house about 25 minutes from the house we live in, since we don’t live there, we have an alarm system there. I’ll be darned if the geckos don’t get in there and set off the alarm (I shouldn’t mention it bc I may bring bad luck) on occasion.

Tea and coffee and yarn😉 😃😃😃😃. I've just finished some charity hats for preemie babies and chemo children ( thank u for your lovely comments on Instagram (lynny5649) ) and now it's snowing like crazy and we r in the middle of a big freeze here so I'm making another blanket in dusky pink and cream, 2 strands together in Aran and a white shawl like the grey one I just did but this time in a baby dk, it's lovely and soft and drapes lovely. Hi from New Hampshire, I have been trying to find coral with black for my daughter, do u have any suggestions on where to find them, and my problem is when you start the chains mine are either to tight or t loose how should they be??

Hi Bonnie! For chaining, I use a hook that is 1mm or 2mm larger than the hook I will be using for the project. That works best for me. ;) Coral with black is so popular these days! Have you looked on Amazon? Chat soon, Christa. xx!
