CROISSANT RECIPE l CHRISTMAS RECIPE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN 

N'Oven - Cake & Cookies

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
3/4 CUP WARM MILK
2 TABLESPOON SUGAR
2 TEASPOON YEAST
MIX WELL
COVER THE BOWL & KEEP FOR 15 MIN.
2.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP OIL
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
MAKE THE DOUGH
PUT SOME OIL OVER THE DOUGH
COVER THE DOUGH WITH A CLOTH
KEEP THE DOUGH IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR
AFTER 1 HOUR
ROLL THE DOUGH & CUT IT EQUAL PORTION
MAKE DOUGH BALL
FLATTEN THE DOUGH WITH ROLLER
REPEAT THE PROCESS
BRUSH SOME MELTED BUTTER ON EACH
PLACE ANOTHER ONE OVER IT
AGAIN FLATTEN WITH THE ROLLER
CUT IT IN TRIANGLE SHAPE
PLACE A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE
ROLL IT
REPEAT THE PROCESS
PLACE THE CROISSANT ON A TRAY
KEEP IT FOR 10-15 MIN.
BRUSH SOME MILK OVER IT
COOK IT FOR 20-25 MIN. IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
CROISSANT ARE READY COOL COMPLETELY

I tried this croissants recipe of yours today. I baked in convection mode for 18 minutes. It turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe. My son was asking to make croissants for long. And after having this he is super happy .

I have tried many of the N'oven- cake & cookies recipes earlier, I tried this recipe too. The croissant didn't come out like shown in the video. The top didn't turn golden brown. I had to flip it on every side to allow it to cook. It took me 1 hour on the induction top. It came out flat but was tasty. The trick to form the layers without having to fold the batter repeatedly & without freezing was very helpful. The method of making the croissant shown here is really simple & quick.

I am 100% sure that this ain’t done in the pan. Top browning is not possible in a pan. That’s purely fake.

I tried it yesterday and my pan got overheated and the croissants got burnt from the bottom ( had to throw 4 of them 😑 ) then I tried baking it in the microwave ( convection ) and then it worked !!! But it was delicious !

This is absolutely amazing techniques,no resting in freezer,no single and double foldings,just direct roll 1x1,sheet by rolling pin,brush 1x1 with melted butter,but wow,the result is still amazing,salute in you man,very easy way.thanks...

People who know baking will easily see the end result was not done on stove. It's been done in an OTG. So the vlogger should stop misleading people.

Well I would advice you to cook it at a very very low flame. Me I didn't take a RISK to cook it in a pan, that's why i used an oven.

I have to try this recipe looks interesting ! But one thing I noticed was the cut in the middle . It is usually done for a reason not just split the middle just for the heck of it . You split the middle of the dough so you can pull it left and right to stretch , that’s how croissant gets the long curve in the corner . Not split it so u can put it back to the same shape again before rolling it .

I tried it today and got wonderful result. My crust was bit hard as I baked for 20 mins, otherwise it tasted heavenly. Will request you to add measurement in ml/grams.

Because the recipie is shown as "NO OVEN" . So ppl are following the same. It may be gud for oven but doesnt give same result in pan as shown in video.

This is a must try! I tried this recipe and it is amazing!! Just my dough was a bit hard, try to improvise a bit there according to your convenience and it is cooked better in Oven for 20 mins instead of pan :) Hope this helps.

This recipe went a bit different than on anyother channel.... They spread and put loads of butter and then make layers.. but honestly this method is much more compatible and easy.. yet generate the absolutely falky crroisants...loved it❤❤❤

I don't think these are really cooked in a pan. They look oven cooked. Pan or kadhai doesn't give this much smooth finish, like oven does. Something is fishy...

In OTG or any oven at 200 degree C for 15-17 minutes. Brush the top of the croissant with egg yolk. Post baking brush some butter to get the glaze. Hope this helps. 😀❤️

I tried your recipe but they didn't have flakes, it was more like a stuffed bun. We might have to freeze the dough after layering it to let the butter solidify before baking

I tried this recipe and it did not came this flaky. The golden brown colour was not there either so I think these are definitely baked in oven. But the taste was awesome. I think if we can skip adding oil and refrigerating the dough after rolling and stacking will help. I am going to try that today to check this theory. All your recipes are awesome. I tried many of them. Thanks for sharing and teaching us new recipes🙏
