Matthew McCabe testified about the early morning hours when Karen Read's boyfriend John O'Keefe was found dead in the snow in Canton. WBZ-TV's Penny Kmitt reports.
Why are the police changing their stories so much about the supposed confession at the scene? Why did the police refused to do a forensic examination of the house where the deceased police officer was found? Investigators didn't even go inside of it.
The prosecution’s theory is that Karen purposely hit him and left him to die. Then went back, acted shocked and then just exclaimed, “I hit him! HaHa! *I* hit him! I did it!” That makes no sense.
From Reports, there are details of 17 People at Scene, includes within the Albert's Home, and Chloe the Dog. And Experienced Plough Driver ... A total of 18 People that potentially have details of what happened.
This biased Judge should never have been allowed to preside over this or any case ever again & should be removed & never allowed in a position to work anywhere again!! accept as a prison guard or meter maid! Discussing behavior throughout the whole trial! Blatant Unprofessionalism!!
I bet they’re all wishing they stayed home that night ! Alcohol in excess leads to nothing but trouble ! I’m not trying to preach, but I outgrew that partying stage 30 plus years ago ! I look back at some of the stupid things my friends and I did , thankfully we’re all here to talk about it. Some aren’t so lucky ! Very sad story !

I hope that you’re being sarcastic, because this woman not only admitted to hitting him she did it three times and then she claimed it was all her fault. An innocent person doesn’t do that.!! she was jealous and angry because John was cheating on her!
@@Liljodisays who? They all keep changing their stories. Nobody said she said that until way later. She said it in the form of a question possibly it sounds to me! She was worried and felt badly for leaving him at the house to begin with.. plenty of reasonable doubt in my opinion.
No one, not 1 of 11 people leaving the house that night saw a body on the lawn - nor did the snow plow driver. Use your brain and think for a change, please...
Matt is coming across as a 49 year old punk. It appears that the Alberts and the McCabes are all fresh! Chris Albert killed a driver in a car accident a few years ago.

I haven’t seen a correlation but have seen turtle boy supporters labeled maga supporters which I think is interesting. I have heard this from individuals currently working or previously working within the courts. It’s actually refreshing to have people from different sides of the aisle agree for once.

karen is becoming bored with the entire inconvenience. she feels she has displayed enough sympathy and shock and surprise and now its time for her to feel vindicated and prepare for a celebration in honor of her innocence. she does not want to tell secrets that will incriminate her, she wants to tell tales about how she is a skilled operator and an honest competent intellectually secure citizen trying to make sense of it all, just like the jury.
@@phobos258 good one at lil! So besides critiquing Karen Read's appearance, how does that coincide with her murdering her boyfriend? The Alberts have more of a record of fighting and being violent. The whole Canton community had a town meeting about what a disgrace the Alberts have done to bring this kind of media attention to their home base, and how appalling the whole investigation was handled, or badly mishandled. Also Lally already said they have no evidence. However, we have more facts on the Alberts: Colin Albert wasn't interviewed until six months later, and all of the witnesses have amnesia on the day someone died. There is no justice for O'Keefe and his family. She lost her partner, and the Alberts are more concerned about clearing their name because that's not suspicious.❤
