Two Batman villains I’m most surprised you didn’t pick for Spider-Man are Penguin and Scarecrow. Penguin is basically King Pin but with a silly aesthetic. Batman is very “to the point” and so doesn’t really care how ridiculous his villains’ gimmicks or themes are, but Spider-Man would eat that up. Penguin would have to deal with a thousand Happy Feet and Madagascar references, and would eventually beg to go back to Gotham, because even Batman’s brutality is preferable to all of Spider-Man’s insults. Scarecrow would basically be a Mysterio 2.0. When fighting Mysterio, Peter’s spider sense is almost always the trump card that lets him see through the illusions. With Scarecrow, it’d be the opposite. I imagine his fear toxins sending his spider sense into overdrive, and Peter would be practically paralyzed, not because he’s afraid of the illusions, but because his spider sense is now so intense and constant that it makes it impossible for him to concentrate.
Alright, idea for a video: which villains from different franchises would most unironically have a shot being heroes in the other universe? Like, Peacemaker would crush it in the Marvel universe, joking with Deadpool and winning over the FoH nutjobs ("he's just swole and has guns, taking on mutants, yeah!") while Magneto would flourish in DC.
For Batman I would replace venom with Mysterio. I don’t like venom as a villain I think he’s more fun when he’s not the protagonist and not the antagonist.
Mysterio would be op for gotham. Imagine him teaming up with scarecrow. Batman would search for scarecrow until he found him, and then he's confused about why everything still looks weird thanks to the effects made by Mysterio.

If DC and Marvel combined, which company would be the richest? Oscorp, LexCorp, Wayne Enterprises, Kord Industries, Queen’s Consolidated or Stark Industries?
All of them would be in the billions. Although, I think it would come down to Stark, Luthor or Oscorp because they'd be willing to dabble in business strategies the others might not. For example, I think Wayne would keep most of his experimental weapons and tech to R&D only or, he'd simply keep it off the books. Which in turn would leave a lot of money off the table.
I feel like Batman benefits most from that list. So I'd give Spidey: Ra's Al Ghoul, Poison Ivy, Riddler, Mr Freeze, and Two Face. Mr. Freeze is a sympathetic scientist, but also a cold blooded nihilist. He would play off Spidey's good nature, test his resolve to help someone who's fallen, and be a scientific obstacle. (Like Doc Ock, Lizard and Morbius) Two face could be played one of two ways: A corrupt district attorney who helps out super criminals and has a bone to pick with the web head, or a man torn between identities the knight in shining armor, and the evil that torments New York. (Like Kingpin/ Mr. Negative) Lastly I think Ra's Al Ghoul is such a different foe for Spidey to face, and his relationship with him would be so different from His and Batman. Ras respects Batman as the perfect heir, he would detest and loath Spidey and see him as a disgrace. He isn't Wealthy or self made, he limits himself to his friendly neighborhood status, he doesn't seem to take anything seriously, and just seems to be barely holding it together. Yet he keeps stopping his plans, his league assassins can't lay a finger on him, and can't carry out their missions, Tahlia somehow fell for him, he refuses the Lazarus Pit for himself, and each victory against Ra's just makes him more and more unstable. I agree with what you said with Riddler and Ivy.

I'd sub Venom out for Black Cat. I want to see how their encounter would work out; would it the absurd "Catwoman/Batman" trash that we've forced to read for decades? Or would there be an actual relationship? For Poison Ivy and Spider-Man, I would think Ivy would have a kinship or respect for him because spiders are vital to every ecosystem (pest control) but Spider-Man might say something like "so are bats" which would drive her mad and push her to try to kill him.

I like #2 a lot, and I've got an odd one: Magneto and Wonder Woman. Like, in this scenario they became lovers when he was a younger man hunting Nazis after WWII, a mission she could get behind! But tragically his super-supremacist ideology would come between them even before her immortality posed a problem.

Interesting picks. I agree with some and disagree with others. 1st off Gobby. I'm skeptical of archenemies being traded. However you do provide a solid enough argument for it so thumbs up. Kraven. Awesome choice. Kraven would have an awesome dynamic with batman. Kingpin. Pass. In my opinion too similar to batmans list of crime bosses, though a trade of kingpin for penguin could work penguin fitting in with the animal themed sect of spiderman villains a bit better. But as for a spiderman villain to switch to a batman villain, Gog maybe? A physical threat that is easily manipulated. Not evil just misguided. And an alien if I recall correctly if thats still something you want. Chameleon. Eh, it would be fine. The kraven Chameleon duo makes it better but I don't think that there is a substantial enough difference between hush, clayface and him to make it worth the trade. I'll throw sin-eater out as a replacement instead. Lord knows Gotham has enough people abusing athority to give sin-eater something to do. Venom. Maybe a bit too spiderman focused but a symbiote in general would be a good villain for bats. As for batman villains transferring to spiderman, Clayface is a bit too similar to sandman even including reforming arcs. Maybe firefly? Animal themed so fits in with that sect. And the pyromania is a bit niche. I can't think of another spiderman villain obsessed with fire for fires sake. Poison ivy. Banger, no notes. Riddler, intrigues me. Both Pete and Bruce are geniuses but their thinking styles are different. It would be interesting to see. Thumbs up. Hugo strange, maybe. If we ignore the obsession with batman pretty solid. And Joker, no. 1st off archenemy so I'm skeptical to begin with. Secondly I'd argue that he wouldn't blend well with spidey because Spider-Man is actually funny. And Joker's shtick only works because batman has no sense of humor. And finally joker might just get killed. Not by spiderman, but by Peter or heck the punisher floating around. I'd sub in an assassin. While I'd argue deathstroke isn't actually a batman villain (more of a nightwing villain imo) someone along those lines might be interesting.
Really great video👍🏿💯 but 6 was right there a literal Spider-Man sinister 6 and a sinister 6 version of the 6 most interesting Batman villains for either a personalities powers looking cool conflict dynamics with Spider-Man interesting and cool story ideas etc. etc. given Batman‘s villains to Spider-Man so if you’re gonna do something like this again or make this a part to which I really think you should please go one more up and make it a literal sinister 6 for Spider-Man and 6 Batman villains even at the video when I’ve been that much longer like it would’ve been like 17 minutes instead of 15😅😢
My list for Batman: - Green Goblin, Kraven and Kingpin - Same reasons as in the video - Mysterio - Batman would easily crack the secret of his illusions, and Mysterio would have to up his game. - Morbius - The Batman against an actual vampire?! The story writes itself! My list for Spiderman: - Poison Ivy, Hugo Strange and The Joker - Same reasons as in the vídeo - Firefly - Spiders are natural predators for the fireflies. The villain's fire powers would be a challenge for Spidey. - Mr. Freeze - I feel Peter could connect personally with Mr. Freeze. The villain commits crimes to save the life of his wife. Peter already lost a woman he loved.
I really like the venom idea of him jumping to other villains but I think we can take this a step further. What if he attached to red hood during the under the hood story line making Jason much more aggressive and bare resentment towards Batman I think it would be a really interesting storyline.
Honourable mentions. Black Cat for Batman, she likes the Spider-Man part of Peter, so someone who's prime identity is the hero, she'd be all over him. (Catfight!) And Mr. Freeze for Spider-Man. He doesn't have any ice villains, and he's a biotech master, he could sympathize with Mr. Freeze and maybe help him find a cure for Nora
While I do agree with some of the ideas about swapping the villains between the dark Knight of Gotham (Batman) and the web warrior of New York (Spider-man), I probably would rearrange some of them not all but some. For example I would keep the green goblin idea since he almost represents the joker in some ways but with a little bit of the Lex Luthor persona, and even Kraven since he has some of that Bane concept to his make up minus the whole venom steroid idea. Kingpin is another good choice on your part since he is like the penguin archetype, however the last two chameleon and venom would be changed. I would have picked Mysterio as one of the villains Batman should face since he has a repertoire of illusions and deception of fear chemical agents at his disposal which makes him feel like the scarecrow of the group, I would definitely put it in carnage as another dangerous foe. Now for the Gotham rouges it would be I will definitely put in Mr. freeze as the first pick for Spider-Man to try and face off against because he’s never faced off against a villain that has mastery over cold, as far as I know in main line continuity, the second one would be professor pyg since he’s known as a ‘artist’ for his work it will remind Spider-Man of how Cletus Kassidy operates, third is penguin cuz of his methods are similar to kingpin, fourth is Catwoman and he has experience with female cat burglars aka black cat, and my final one is Bane and the reason why I would choose him is because in a way he is very similar to Venom, minus The Alien symbiote concept, but Bane’s mental toughness and physical prowess would give Spider-Man a really hard challenge for him to overcome.
