My brother and I ride hwy 441, also known as Newfound Gap Road, from Cherokee North Carolina to Gatlinburg Tennessee. Clingmans Dome is the 3rd highest point east of the Mississippi with an elevation of 6,643 feet.
I've been watching some of your video's from your Arkansas ventures and it looks like you're having a great time. I love traveling but lost my travel buddy! I miss it so much. I thrive on nature and fresh air ❤️ Thank you for the adventures.
Thank you for watching Kelly. I really enjoy northcentral and northwestern part of Arkansas. I will be camping 3 to 4 times in Mountain View, Jasper and Eureka Springs this fall. @@KellyAnnSch I'm a dork lol. I try not to show it too much in the videos, but it sneaks out once in a while. I do enjoy my camping, hiking and riding very much.
@@KellyAnnSch I work a full time job but still manage to ride 17,000 miles a year on my bikes. People ask me how I have time to do that. I make time. You make time to do the things you enjoy and the things that make you happy.
I have ridden all of this area and still think Hwy 441 through the park is one of the best routes. Nice videos. I will subscribe and watch some of your Arkansas rides since we live near Memphis and want to ride more in that area. I don't think you made it to Clingman's Dome but that is nice road and destination next time you are in the area.
This was my first time riding this area. I feel in love with it. I will be back for sure. I did not make it to Clingmans Dome, it was going to be a long wait and we had a full day's ride planned. I truly enjoy riding in north central and western part of Arkansas. Jasper is an amazing area to ride. They even have The Little Dragon. Thank you for watching and for the subscription. Ride safe.
