Dude, you realize that giving that code out causes all kinds of grief for mechanics. They can change all kinds of settings In the features and options menu, not to mention setting a user code to lock the machine out that even I as a crown mechanic would have trouble...troubleshooting some whacked out setting or bypassing a user code from some disgruntled employee in a major distribution center...gerrr. That being said I do respect and appreciate your video, this is what this platform is truly for. Freedom of speech, and dissemination of information, cheers!
All you can do is hope that people use this responsibly. I do feel this will be beneficial to the average person. Better to see how to adjust the settings properly rather than find the code online and go in blindly and accidentally adjust or mess with something that you probably shouldn't.
Thanks for your question, I have not made that adjustment but it may be a user performance setting. Try to disable user performance. Let me know if that works otherwise I will look into it tomorrow for you.
I'm having issues adjusting the brake switch the correct way (I called outside tech and the truck still not fixed) I still getting Error code 319 please advise. thank you
@@dugue3000 Alright, try to connect the Tow Mode and press it in and pull it out several times and listed for the brakes to pop you should hear two pops the almost the same time. If they are working, check the brake peddle for an open circuit. Clear the past events and calibrate...
I ask a question for it, Do you know alike timer auto stop cut power running on alike every time reset key to power on running, how do I disable auto-timer stop power?
This worked for my RC 5500. My question is- What setting would cause the lift to move at 1.0 mph with the mast raised? Two of my lifts are suddenly doing that.
That's not a setting or at least I don't think it is. There is a safety switch that is open when the mast is raised causing the machine to go slow. Once the mast is down to the last stage the forklift goes at normal speed again. On the lift I drive the switch is malfunctioned so the lift doesn't recgonize the open switch and continues on in normal speed no matter where the mast is located.
Im having the same problem on my rm6000. When the forks are raised or extended even a little bit it hits me with speed cutback on the led screen 🤦🏻♂️. I need that off
I've been using this same lift for the last 8 months at the warehouse where I'm employed. Was really hoping I could go in and change the max speed and the acceleration but looks like they were maxed out already. Maybe that's why it took a while to get used to this lift🤣🤣🤣. Anyways, so 7.8 is the max speed on this??? I really need a little more speed. Do they make a supercharger for this lift ? Hahahaha
I’ve driven one of these before in the feature can you set the steering in reverse cause I can’t drive it in forward so how can I fix the settings to ware I am completely comfortable driving in the reverse mode
One of my lifts have it to where you have to wear a seat belt and one doesn’t i need the setting to change the seatbelt to where it can be rode without one
Is there anyway I could have a detailed list of what each input does. Ex. Accy speed. Accy speed (Fl), hoist ramp and the others? I notice some reach trucks operate sleeker and are more agile in the warehouse. Reversing and turning with a pallet on the forks is much quicker in other lifts. I'm trying to optimize my settings in any way to get the same effect. I've increased all the speeds I can. And sometimes it still is a little wonky. A list of what each these choices do exactly would be amazing! Thank you
Hi! Can you tell me what is the code to enable 14kmph on esr5260? Normally I can set speed up to 12kmph. Overriding this limit requires additional code.
After your in service press down or up to get to performance then go right change the N to Y up or down then the center button, when you go out by pressing left it will prompt you to save N change to Y and rekey.
You need to gain access to performance and increase it to your desired speed. There is speed forward and backwards as well as acceleration which can be increased. Remember to keep it at a safe speed that’s the most important of them all.
These codes also work for a pc 4500 center-control rider pallet jack truck? Been looking for awhile now on something for my electric pallet jack so I can tune it up? Please help me out , thank you
Please, does anyone know what is the code to enter the service menu, normally it is 2? 1? You know what code I mean, but you don't enter it must be another code. please help . My wahtsapp is +51970507703
Thanks to videos like this we have to go and change the service passwords at customers that require slower speed limits because their operators are turning the speeds up to max
Hello, we have these two videos that might help you; ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pxvgZ-mUeqM.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g7hm6Wzr23I.html
Go to service enter your access code, go to Features F11.1 = Enable, go down arrow to 11.2 = Code 1 = Enter a 4 digit code. Otherwise simply Disable it on 11.1 and Save, Re-key and you at P1 by default.
2211 or 2311 is what the code . Which is the last 4 number of their phone number. I known this for a while but never did it on here. But the fast you can go is 7.? But still slow... This code works with all crown.
2311 is the access code, gain access through the service option. 7 is the fastest you can go, to change speed go to performance which also allows you to change the acceleration. The code works with most crown unless someone changed it. If you don't have the code you may have to call Crown Lift to clear it.
@@willvaldes1895 this code doesn't Control the speed but it also controls the hydraulic of the lifts too. You can have the lift go up slower or a bit faster when going high on top of the 2nd/3rd tear of the racking. Also understand or know your p1, p2, and p3 stand for
somebody took the governor off of our crown reach truck and the thing is a fucking rocket. it can move faster than I can run, it moves fast enough to get my hair blowing. super fun! just don't take corners that fast because you'll flip the bitch.
@@johnnyaguilar9702 don't stand on the lift or let say don't trigger the sensor when you step on the lift. Than you hold the 🔼 button it'll take you to P1-P2-P3
Travel Alarm are very important for safety. Features menu F9 Travel Alarm has 4 choices Off, Forward, Reverse, and Both. Make your selection and remember to save changes
Performance levels 1,2,3 can be changed but first you must be off the pedals, go to Features Menu F11 then 11.2 - Enable used access code 2311 most likely or the code you set Push Enter, Press up or down to scroll to the Performance level you prefer Push Enter the Performance Level is Set.
No deberías de hacer eso porque hay áreas de trabajo con un límite de velocidad y si falla un accidente le hechan la culpa a los que los arreglamos en los talleres de las fabricas
You will need to replace the access 3 module, there is a diy video that will help you to decide how serious it is. If your not mechanically inclined we recommend you call your local Crown service to get it done right.
The access codes from factory are the same but they can be changed, if you do not have access you may need to call Can to have them reset to factory default.
Every time management does something like this that reduces production we get told we're not working hard enough. I give it a week before this video sees a surge of views.
