Personally, I've found that working out regularly and inverting my head after each work out for a minute or two keeps my crown section healthy and not sore. So, if you're out of solutions, try that and let me know if it's working.

taking care of natural hair is so hard 😯 I have new found respect for any woman who carries natural hair ❤
@MoonK.

Yeah its hard . My hair has always been nice and curly no frizz and now my crown is so bad 🙁😢
@serious7179
@serious7179 4 года назад
It's honestly not difficult at all... Once you come up with a good routine, hair care is just like anybody else... I don't understand why people, even black people, say that is difficult because once you get your hair to a moisture State, you just wash it and condition it, that's all. The situation that's being discussed here can happen to any woman ... hair loss is not a black thing
@izi.z2384
@izi.z2384 3 года назад
It's just more work in the beginning because so many of us have neglected our natural hair for so long. Once set up routine you start to real the rewards and grow to appreciate your crown and coils🥰
@daisiesandpandas1218
@daisiesandpandas1218 3 года назад
It's only hard at the moment because people with coils and links have lost a lot of hair care practices in the pursuit of straighter styles or using other ethnicities hair care methods. I think the up and coming generation of black people will find it easier since each generation is experimenting and streamlining the process.

Green Beauty, I work out. I could eat more healthier though. I get my water in, take multivitamins, and hair, skin, and nail vitamin at night with massage. I've do inversion once a month for a week. I watched most of the videos previously. I can't sew the satin cap in the wig I have too many wigs. I have already done the onion, garlic, and cayenne treatment. It was very very tingling. Now, I'm getting ready to look at the monistat video. My once bald edges have peach fuzz now but are very very delicate. I'm in the advanced stage of traction and chemical alopecia. Thank you so much for your prompt response and support. I will highly recommend Green Beauty to colleagues.

Yes !!! the peach fuzz is a really good thing!!! It means those hair follicle are not completely dead. It's funny how something as small as thinning edges can help us learn so much more about ourselves. I wish you further success with your healthy hair/life journey.

Another cause is when you do the "weave pat" too rigorously! My scalp doesn't itch but I notice that I pat my head as a nervous tick sometimes and once I get started my scalp DOES start to itch and then the patting gets more aggressive! A good substitute is to rub some tea tree oil on the scalp and maybe do some quick sit ups or push ups to get your mind off of patting your head. The tea tree oil will still give you that scalp stimulation but not in a agitated way.

This type of hair loss can also be the result of PCOS and high amounts of androgens in women, since male pattern baldness is caused by follicles that are sensitive to testosterone.

First, I would like to begin by complimenting you. You are professional, knowledgeable and the best thus far in the video hair care world. I'VE WATCHED PLENTY OF THEM!!!! My edges are gone! Help! I wear wigs because my edges are bald😞. I'm embarrassed; I don't want anyone to see my edges. I refuse to wear my hair out with bald edges. Any style options besides wigs or hair wraps? Also, what is the best method of caring for my edges under the wig? Currently, my wig cap is loose and netted for air. I take my wig off while at home. I keep my edges moisturized.

Jannis Sherrod hi Jannis...I suffer with areata alopecia and traction alopecia. Which took out my edges...I was just like u no edges! ☹️☹️ bad habits and neglect broke off mine. But I, like you decided to fight back and try at least to grow them back. I did research and decided t to try PRP injections and surprisingly it has worked a bit for me. But I also found out that I had an autoimmune deficiency called Leaky gut. So I had to change my diet and lifestyle because stress was a huge factor in me losing my hair as well. I've been on a gluten free diet for about 6 mos and I can't tell you how much better I feel and look ...inside and out. 😇😇 My hair is thriving!!!!! ❤️❤️ I have some vids on what I'm doing besides the injections that may help you. I vlog them under "hair diary " on my channel...although I'm not where I was...I still have a ways to go. But I thank God I'm able to wear my hair out now. I've shared some of my products I use to treat my hair and my diy hair moisturizer butters and oils I make that have really blessed me to strengthen and grow my hair. I love this channel...💕💕💕. she give a lot of informative info on haircare and different techniques that I've implemented in my regimen. ❤️❤️ be encouraged and I will keep u in my prayers . 💕💕😇 blessing to u on your journey 🌹

If you have scars, the follicles are dead and hair will not grow there any longer. Go to the dermatologist when you first notice problems with your scalp and hair thinning. If the hair is just broken at the ends then moisturize and there is no need to see the doctor.

Greenbeauty can u do a video on chebe seeds that the women from Chad use, that is claimed to cause super hair growth? Somehow I'm not convinced that the chebe powder is the key. I think the Chad women have conquered two things that is instrumental to natural hair growth: moisture retention and stretching. What are your views Greenbeauty? 😇😊

Woman Of God, that’s exactly my thoughts.. I am doubtful of the powder but believe in their METHOD of moisture, stretching and little manipulation just as people with locs end up with super looooong hair. The hair is manipulated very little and holds moisture well because of the bunching of the natural hair. Just my two cents. But I’m hoping Greenbeauty does one of her amazing videos on it. We love you Greenbeauty.

This is what women and men can do to have healthy hair. First water is key. Second pay attention to your diet. Not everyone 's body type will benefit from a generalized food groups. Smoking. Don't. Or STOP. Visit a professional naturalist hair salon. They will provide a consultant who will go over your hair needs if you do not have scalp damage beyond their scope. Knowing your hair type is half the solution and will save you time, money and you will feel less stress when it comes to your hair care needs. Even if it means having a medical diagnoses. It is worth it.

Green Beauty, You're awesome, helpful and rather educational. I'm so happy that I found your RU-vid channel. I find that instruction, tutorials, and video are of great HELP. Gracias. I'm on a journey, a new an exciting Journey! I welcome all of your pieces of advice it makes this process less complicated and rather doable. I'm looking to regain some of the hair that I've lost, I will like to increase, the volume in my hair and to grow new strong healthy hair. Im not looking to grow my hair down my tailbone ( is not my goal) but I do want new healthy strong hair back. I have some questions, in regards to my journey and how and when to do the regime. May I reach out to you? Are you planning to be live anytime soon? I thank GOD and you for knowledge.

So my crown has been sore because I wasn’t washing my scalp properly. I have to wash my scalp three times a week so I can avoid any inflammation. I also have to section out where my scalp gets sore . Omg it’s a lot 😩😮‍💨

came to your page years ago after signs of hair thinning and now i am full on hair loss and really in need to get to a dermatologist that can tell me something other than my scalp follicles are closed. The hair clinic told me that you can't wake up closed follicles. While that might be true, I will check out your onion video. Thank you.
