Hey , if you're developing carpal tunnel ( I don't know) , but it's coming from your neck area . Just go to the chiropractor and get adjusted and learn how to stretch your arms and neck, it WILL fix it and go away! (I promise and guarantee it). Give it a little while , it will take some time. Some people in my kitchen has developed that , but I refused to have that condition and it works!!
Damn that's one fine undented fridge in the background, amazing how much this channel has grown. Those potatoes just need some rosemary salt... if you know you know 😎
DUDE! I made these tonight to go with a 3lb Picanha on the pellet grill !!! Used some leftover duck fat for the saute and added a tiny pinch of dried Thai pepper flakes. What an epic meal. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Bro honestly you have the very best cooking channel on youtube. Better than ragusea or Joshua weisman, better than gordan Ramsay and Marco pierre white I dare say. Honestly. You clearly love what you do and have great experience. This is the same recipe I've been using for years too. Thank you for sharing. Can you make a video or reccomend to use some cooking tools? For example a good all around knife, fish spatula, citrus zester. I know you're recommended a mandolin too. Stuff like that please. Recommending you to multiple ppl at a time ur the friggin man. Keep up the good work and positive energy my man!
You are just AWESOME!! And, seriously, these potatoes look ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTOUS!! I'm definitely going to try your method. I am sure I'm going to LOOOOVE them. So HAPPY I found your channel. Thanks loads for sharing. Arlene
Just cooked this dish along with your steak recipe and some mushrooms..... though it takes a lot of time and effort, it's well worth it.. They were fabulous!
Just an Idea, I don’t know if it will catch on. Try making a salt made up of all those amazing herbs you used. Rosemary, Sage, a little garlic and some lemon zest all blitzed together in a food processor. Try It and call it Will’s Rosemary Salt. Thanks for your amazing cooking videos. You never know where this RU-vid stuff will lead. Good luck. 😄
He’s like: “I am certain you all, my audience, know that I harbor a deep, deep appreciation for all of you. This is now where I will cut out, ending this video.”
This video popped up on my recommended today and I previously hadn't seen a video of yours from more than roughly a year ago. The evolution of your channel and content in INCREDIBLE. All good content though. All good content.
Tremendous video Sonny! Really enjoyed your presentation from beginning to end, and thank you very much for sharing your extensive knowledge throughout the video! You've just gained an immediate new fan, and thank you again!
I like going back in time to see how people's RU-vid personalities have evolved. Lol. 4 years ago: Hello. Here is a recipe. Now: Yyyyyou know I love ya! Aaaahhh look, a sentient pepper grinder! [Abuses refrigerator in a fantasy fight scene]
I know I’ve heard of your page a few months ago and must have subscribed but lost track of it , I’ve been a family cook lol for most of my 52 years , it’s my peaceful time it’s how I relax .. I just binge watched all of your videos and learned a lot about you like your brothers restaurant in new castle , but I don’t know much about your past did you go to culinary school or self taught?? I’m guessing cooking runs in your family since your brother owns a restaurant lol .. how did you start off in your cooking career? Have you ever cooked professionally or owned a restaurant? But how did you fall into RU-vid ?? Most chefs or cooks in general have no personal time lol especially to film videos and all the editing that’s involved.. I have to say you are one of the best RU-vid chefs meaning you actually make food I would love to eat and you break it down so even a dummy like me can make it … we’ll good luck and gob bless and keep the great videos coming!!
Better With Improv yeah you could!! I would cut them in circles actually and blanch them as seen in the video, then oil and grill, could just melt butter with rosemary and brush it on as they cook
Sonny, you are awesome! 0:35 secs in the video and I love it already!!!! Thanks so much for considering 'the rest of the world' :) I really appreciate it, I find it so great that you have an international vision from the very beginning. Just had to say that, now I have to keep watching lol
I loved the recipe Sonny, thanks! I like the combination of sage & butter so much, really wonderful for potatoes. I hope to try your naan recipe this weekend, I like your channel and the content very much, wishing you much success, this is really quality content, please be careful, I always get nervous when you're handling those big, super hot pans with one hand :S Merci chef!
My pleasure!! I have spent a good amount of my life outside of America!! Thanks for noticing the extra effort :) you have got to make these potatoes they are so tasty!
