The point is to get the city centre cleaned up from crackheads, drunks and others that are causing a problem for us all. Look at some of the other videos that the poster had put up they are sickening that cracheads for example are openly dealing in front of others and then becoming threatening when someone catches the event innocently. It’s cause a lot of people who drink get a little too taken over by the alcohol and think personal space doesn’t matter so then you say to back away and then that either makes them mad or makes them do it 1000x worse so you have to make sure you stand your ground and don’t drink to much where you can’t tell left from right but what I do drink enough to get a bit of a buzz and that’s it so I am still capable and aware to do things like this if the moment calls for it. So he probably according to this kept avoiding the personal space rule or he thought drinking would make him a tough guy and was proven wrong

The most generous view of this person is that once he was someone's fragile, new born crying baby, and through life's tragedies ended up as this wretch.
