Ugh thank you I needed to hear this. I know it’s true, and I know you made this comment a year ago. Not that it’s unique, I know a lot of women have certain medical issues, but I’m a going through a high risk pregnancy. I had 8 miscarriages before this pregnancy, and I have a blood clotting disorder so I’m on daily injections of medication, also dealing with some serious hypotension so I’m dizzy all the time. For the whole beginning of this pregnancy I’ve felt like I was made of glass. I kept waiting for another miscarriage always sure every little twinge was ‘it’ lol. I went from working out 5-6 days a week of lifting and running. Super fit and strong! To literally never really moving around. I don’t even really clean my house enough because Im afraid to fall down. Now I’m 27 weeks along and I feel a little more secure in the baby making it. She has a name and Im starting to relax and brighten up a bit. All my muscle tone is gone 😭 and I’m just like..okay girl you need to move your flippin body. I know I don’t need to do anything crazy, I literally just need to put on my stretchy pants and go for a walk. I kind of woke up today in a different mood. Like in the headspace for a change. So thanks for your comment, I needed someone outside myself saying something sensible.
