3 rolls of tape from the dollar store and you can train 50+% of your boxing skills. Your tips and videos are great and leave very little excuses for not training. Thanks for posting.
Everybody want a tutorial....... Just slow the video right down and learn it over and over and over. Eventually you'll understand your own philosophy as you will feel the weight distribution balance shift and momentum. You will even figure out when hes throwing an attack or slipping and dodging in defencee. You just gotta put in the work.
Your spot on in this keen sense of smell of epic movement. No movement is wasted during a fight in essence when its all movement. Just learn to adapt in all angles all steps, even the messy ones and to more in depth ones as well, one most calculate every movement. Here, he displays that. Epic foundation brother! 💯
If i see it the cuts and movements are your choice but they have to be quick and are in n outs pivots and L cuts. I started doing this and its help me keep my feet from crossing.
@@nuclearforce55 thanks. My grandpa is from Santiago de cuba...he taught me the cuban style when i was a kid...32 now. But your on a whole other level!
What is your point ? . Even so , you have to train that 10% as you said . This is just an exercise to develop mobility , pivots , changing directions .
This is just an exercise . It helped me a lot with short steps , pivots , changing directions , that’s it . Just go , in your fighting stand , from pairs of numbers to another and continuously go from outside to inside and viceversa .
Gracias .
Yo my brother please i beg you can you give a brief description as for the number use also basic rules behind the exercise im trying to teach it to my 9 year old son he really is talented and wants to learn this if can be humble enough to give enough knowledge so we can do the rest please 🙏
@@boxinginquiry_333 first in his fighting stand using the interior boxes 1,2,3,4 ask him to go through 1-3, 2-4 . Then he has to use the pivots he has to practice this over and over.when he feels lose in doing it we go to the L- movements by using the external numbers. He can go 7-8, 8-5, 5-6, 6-7 then he will go to other directions 7-6,.....and so on.he has to practice these drills a lot rounds..I did it 6 one minute rounds each. Then he will use the internal and internal numbers. like 7-3, etc... so when he gets to the point when he feels relax , lose then he will create his own patterns . I hope you will understand my explanations Sr. And I will love to see him doing it..
Ok. You really don’t have to be baffled at all. This is just a pattern of movements to develop motor ability and motor skills . Really nothing to do with rigo
@@nuclearforce55 - I guess I’m not understanding the pattern. I can see where the rear foot should be in relation to the front assuming the opponent is always at the center of the diagram but I’m not picking up much else.
@@strellybotha1950 Thanks brother for watching our videos . About tutorial I am not good at talking , but I am going to try to explain it the best I can . This is just an exercise that helps pivots , short steps , changing directions .. You choose two number as a starting point and from there you will be moving from pair to pair . Example from 1-5 to 5-8 , 8-4. Until you feel confident and better , then you go from any pair to another using short steps, pendulum and so on
