I always tell my children that I’m gracefully aging, I’m not getting old. I still strength train, Muah Thai, Ju Jitsu and sprint 3-5 times a week at the age of 53! I began fasting and OMAD back in 09! The nutritional aspect is the key to the internal wellness.

Their biggest rivals will be Turkish Rıza Kayaalp, Iranian Emin Mirzazadeh, Russian Sergei Semenov and Georgian Jakobi kaia. Among these wrestlers, only Turkish Rıza Kayaalp defeated Lopez in the 2011 and 2015 World championship matches. If Lopez wins gold this time, he will share British Rower Steven Redgrave's record of winning 5 Olympics in a row. As a wrestling fan, I find it strange that Lopez competed in the Olympics and never participated in the last 8 World Championships. Another Cuban wrestler received the Olympic quota in the last 8 years. I think it doesn't suit a very qualified wrestler like him. Whichever wrestler received the Olympic quota must participate in the Olympics, unless he has an injury. Rights and fairplay require this.

Sad though to think that Cuban athletes have to hang on longer because lack of resources and possibilities makes this the only way to provide a good life for their families. Saying this as Miami resident with many Cuban American friends that have families there.
