Is a ISB 5.9 and a 6bt not the same engine?

Cummins 6bt is a 12 Valve engine. they made a ISB 24 Valve in the dodge rams using a High pressure VP44 Fuel pump that was a 6bt Block. C510GVU is a 1995 6bt block using a ISBE 2008 24 Valve Common rail head.
