At the start of the video I was kind of asking "why" by the end the question was "why not". That is the best engine conversion in a land rover I have ever seen and I love the non-synchronised gearbox, thanks for posting 👍

It always seems odd that people put big engines in like the Cummins if you can never use it to it's full potential without breaking something. You must have spent thousands on it and for that much money I would want something that just works that you could have fun in and not have to worry about bits falling apart. I get that the engines are normally designed for a completely different job and vehicle but surely there is a way to set them up so that they don't wreck the Land Rover, even if it means sacrificing some of the potential power (Which is useless unless you can put it down anyway). I would love to put a bigger engine in my 110 but it doesn't look like it's worth the mechanical headaches. It is a great example if inventive engineering though, fitting it all in.
