I think with podence our fans pushed him away. He was blocking people on twitter as they did not like his tricks. Under O’Neil he would of played higher up the pitch instead of playing so deep

I also think what everyone forgets about the Silva transfer is when he was bought it was to play 10 minutes at the end of games to rest Raul, so if it hadn't been for the Raul injury it could of all worked out for him and Wolves but we will never know, he needed to develop and I think he is such a confidence player and having that first season of disappointment due to having to start has ment he never felt confident or wanted at wolves

@@wolfpackwwfc definitely, I just think it will work out for him away from wolves, I ment more from his perspective the interview recently saying it was 'never the right move' had it gone as planned I think it was a good place for a young striker to be

He isn’t good enough, end of. He is nowhere near being a number 9 at any level. I’ve watched him at wolves, on his two loan spells abroad and at rangers. He has no positional idea, no clues to make runs into the box or behind defenders. Wolves were sold a donkey, and he’s cost us millions. Fabio is a very very wealthy young man, all thanks to being no good at the job he’s paid heavily for.

The problem with Fabio Silva is that he got branded with the dreaded “wonder kid” tag and as soon as he came to the premier league people wanted performances straight away, I’m a Utd fan and it was similar to a Utd signing in the way that people expected him to be finished product and then the expectancy and pressure got to him and he buckled

@@lukepothecary5486no, the problem with Silva, is, he isn’t good enough. Regardless of expectations, he was brought/sold as a striker, and he is nowhere near being one

⁠@@wolfpackwwfcI agree. I just feel wolves will be looking at players they feel will be easier to replace in one transfer window. If we lose Cunha, trying to bring in a replacement over the summer with the disruptions that come with it, it would be a logistical nightmare. I foresee every player wolves will allow to leave , they’ve already got players lined up to replace them.
