15:20 You can't keep those Wheels, if you choose to reroll you must reroll all dice that aren't assigned to your board.

26:12 to be fair, you had a diamond at the start and rerolled it, so I think that evens out overall

Too frantic for me to play, probably, but fun to watch! I wonder: would it be cheating to use a dice tray to help contain your dice for an easier re-roll? I wouldn't be surprised if that's covered in the rulebook somewhere, to make sure no-one's gaining a convenient advantage in a game that's meant to be fraught at all times.
