Your rig looks awesome, im looking to buy my first rig soon and ive been heavily looking into the voodoo "Curv, so glad you got one and your making videos on them !! Safe Skies
@@SkydiveVibes Know what you mean. I have a pair of Five Ten approach shoes which are black and the same orange. Would go perfectly with that container:-)
Hello! Love all the Vids and also the CURV rig.. This video was posted so long ago, wondering if there are any current/coming promotions on a purchase of a new new CURV? Thanks so much for being who you are!
Hello! Passed AFF recently and started doing solos recently. Have enjoyed your videos for some time. Not ready for a a rig yet, but curious if your still using the curve or have a new favorite?
Oh wow you were at Eloy? I just got back from there this week, what a cool DZ. It was weird to see the place I had just been at in your videos, Scotty from RI even gave me the coolest 80s-tastic FS suit. I just wish I had popped in to look at containers whilst there :/ Did you manage to jump the DC3?
Yeah I was at the end of September. I did a vlog about it too... It is a great DZ for sure! No I only jumped out of the twin. ;) where are you based usually?
this video doesn't review the product, it's more like teaching the basic components of a rig.. a review would be telling us how it feelings on your body, putting it on so we can see it on your body, telling us how much it weighs, showing us videos of you flying in it and showing how it sticks to your back or flops around during free fly.. a review would also compare this rig to other rigs.. what were you flying before and how does it compare.. people say the upt vector 3 is the gold standard, so how does this compare.. what size canopies does yours fit? include highlights of a pack job..
That is a good point. I did review kind of the features of that specific rig cause some elements can't be found on other containers. I'll plan to do an update where I'll share more of my thoughts about jumping with it. The season is now over here in Canada so it'll have to wait until next year. ;)
Catherine, What model are you showing a 2.1? Can you show the internal riser covers and open the main compartment? Can you show underneath the reserve flap? I'm very interested to see the changes between the 1.0 and your model. I love my Curv. FYI, your closing loop is too long. The metal parts should be touching or slightly overlapping. Thank you
@@SkydiveVibes Wow thanks. I'm still 5 jumps from my A license and just dreaming of my own rig right now. But I will definitely give you a shout when I do. I wanna put a star wars rebel emblem on my main flap. 🤘😎 Im also on vertical's website customizing my RW jumpsuit and have my G4 already picked out too. 😅
@@SkydiveVibes Thank you for you reply. And yes, I'm trying to buy my own and first rig. I have been watching all your videos and you are the only person who has lotsa of information about it. I want to buy my own rig because I'm taking my AFF. Do you know where can I get one?
@@najadahe2828 I would recommend you not to buy anything before your AFF. During the formation, they will rent you your gear at first. Moreover, you will start with a canopy size and end up downsizing. That means youll have to change your container so buying it too soon is not recommended. ;) Start your AFF first. When is that scheduled?
lol , just clicked on your link , and in rigging inovations website, than when i tried to customise a container , my antivirus detected a trojan , just be carefull with what you share
Pretti cool. I just startet jumping. And so far my fav was the vector3.. My priority is a small airodynamic pack. Dont really care for the canopy . Thanks for the very interesting vids i Used them a Lot for my decisions to buy stuff . Greetings from austria
Jop. Yesterday was the Greta finale. It was awesome weather.just perfekt. We start again in April. But me and the boiz ging to spain for a few days around NEW year. Nothing is gonna Stop us 🤙😜
fingers away from that.... if curv... tallon... all these rigs are ok.. safe... but look how ugly they are... compared to other rigs... they are a square on your back have a look when she shows it from the side...at 3:12 ... the original reservepack.... you might see th falt on the ears... that is the reserve... no idea what the rest is.... but interesting if you want to buy a rig...like that... talk to a rigger first..... Then type in the manufacture... and then owners manual... Why would you pull your loop... through all of this ... everyonelse found a better soulution for that These rigs... make no scense at all.... why did they changend their brands/names so quickly... ??? just a rigger asking???
