Thanks for sharing! Made this with a few adjustments: used all purpose flour (sifted 85g all purpose flour with 15g corn starch, then measured the amount needed as per recipe) and ommitted the 1/4 cup sugar in the flan for a less sweet flan. Turned out well.

+eunice kristine Aguilar 5 inch its not really, you should let it cool down a little bit, it doesnt have to be completely cool. You jist want to avoid the caramel seizing and or for the caramel just to float and mix with the custard
