Your video is great! I love the idea of a permanent saying on a mug. 🍵 I went to the website but can’t find what I want. I would love to personalize my transfer. Can I do that on the site? I didn’t see that option. Would this technique work w a Cricuit stencil?

What am I doing wrong???? Using Cricut vinyl and take off extra stickyness tap it a couple of times on a towel. I take off extra access and remove stencil right away...

Does this mug have a special coating? I used a mug from Dollar Tree and needed to place a heavy coat of ink to achieve a black design. A light coat resulted in a grey design.

Diane Nortness I don’t think it has a special coating. When I bought it I did make sure it was oven safe since I knew I would need to place it in the oven to heat set the ink.

Can you make your own stencils with your Cricut? Or is it necessary to but their Stencils?

Deanos gal These are not stencils they are transfers. The big difference is that our transfers have a silk screen that help give you a crisp and easy application. Will this work on glass? Like glass containers for candles? Not sure how hot I would heat up glass in oven.

Gio Renaud I don’t know to what temperature glass candle containers are safe before they shatter. You would need to find that out from the manufacturer of the glass candle holders you want to use.

So if a cup is microwavable, we can assume it is oven safe, correct?

Ali Cerra I honestly don’t know. It depends on if the microwave gets as hot as an oven. My advice is to contact the manufacturer and ask them if the cup is oven safe.

The back of the Transfer is very sticky. I fuzz it up to remove some of the sticky so it is easier to remove off the cup. When I clean the transfer the sticky comes right back. Let me know if you have any other questions. I am happy to help! :)
