When beekeepers harvest their honey from the bee hive in the Summer, we call that robbing the honey. We take the supers of honey to our honey house and in our case, we cut the comb honey from the frames. Most beekeepers extract their honey but we specialize in comb honey. When you are going for comb honey, it is much harder to manage the bees & you make a lot less honey.
