Not needed for this case. Judging by what the customer stated. It was safe to assume it was incorrectly torqued since this was already discussed. Apparently the customer was charged a time-sert from previous mechanic that had redone the work many times and no time sert was done. It was shady to hear. But 60 days later still tuning like a champ. Brought me another build of his. Maybe the first 136 build in Cali. Who knows. Hope to be the first. Thanks for watching!
