More than one thing can be true and some of the third party concepts really hit home for me. I don’t see a problem with Ali’s approach of using some but not all. I do know one thing, John O'Keefe did not slip and fall outside. First, he was found on his stomach. Second, when he received that head injury it rendered him incapacitated immediately. He may have slipped and fallen in the house because of the hard floors but not outside. It doesn't matter if his feet are above his head when he falls, you can't fracture your skull by simply hitting the ground, the skull is extremely resistant taking 500kgf or 500 kilograms (1,100 pounds) would exert in standard gravity to fracture. It would also have to be a very hardened surface. The ground outside would give to the skull, the flooring inside would not. Remember he was found on his stomach. Jenn McCabe said to 911 we flipped him over. When he fractured his skull he never moved again, at all. I think KR's attorneys know they need to change the way they try this case. As far as conspiracy goes, it only takes two to be a conspiracy. If you believe in bank robberies then you believe in conspiracies. You don't have to be an attorney to view this trial but I think you need to look at it through a juror's eyes and that would be every single person out there. You're not just looking at it through the legal prospective, you're also talking about just theory in general. Falling outside makes absolutely NO SENSE AT ALL. Not just from medical sense either. My take is from my own experience with major injuries and how they happened. An attorney no matter how many years worth of experience will never be able to make sense of medical injuries on their own. None of us knows what happened but we do know what didn't happen.

What does make the most sense is he did go in the house and was attacked by the dog maybe at that point fell down the stairs. If this was the scenario not sure why they didn't call 911. That's why a fight must have happened that they are all covering for each other.
