Ok normally these videos rarely impress me. But this actually looks slick. The lighting filter is WAY more natural, it looks less stylized but that kinda showcases just how good some of the design in the game actually is. This looks really good. It didn't just make everything shiny.
yeah can you believe CDPR wants to ditch this engine for UE5? i mean UE5 looks good, but it looks nowhere near this good. now i know looks aren't everything, but damn, it just reminds me of assassins creed unity, none of their newer games look nearly as good as that game did, it just sucks they ran into so many damn bugs and couldn't properly fix the game and all it's bugs.
@@haewymetalI am watching on my OLED TV and it looks realistic at 7:54. That corridor way is dark af with that amount of light sources. The daytime is set to cloudy weather most of the video, so in that kind of weather, much of the light of the Sun is diminished and difused, so it looks spot on at 9:48. Check 10:05 to see how it looks inside the tunnel with proper light sources together with the car headlights lighting the way upfront, then go to 15:10 to see how it looks inside a restaurant, and at 15:20 to see daylight with clear sky (at high noon). For me, on my OLED TV, everything looks spot on with this filter and raytracing on.
I would highly request you do a side-by-side video of these graphics and the vanilla Cyberpunk graphics at max settings just to showcase the difference.
dude, the first 20 seconds of this video i thought this was real life and this person just made it look like CP77, but then i kept watching and holy shit, this looks damn near close to real life, it's crazy seeing this.
@@bnielsen7000 are you talking about the reflection? i knew the reflection was off, but again it's a video game, some things are going to be a bit off, but for what it is, it's pretty damn good.
I've been messing with 3d modelling for 20+ years, even did it for a job for a while. This melts my brain. It would take me 3 days to model and texture one hot dog stand. I can't see how that city could be modelled in less than a thousand years let alone making it into such a fat game. Then realtime raytracing on top. Stunned.
I have a question. Why do body animations look terrible still? They all seem to have a static looping movement. Why can't movements be dynamic and varying? Thanks.
we dont have that kind of technology yet...the most we can have is a bigger library of movements to pull from, but then the game size becomes larger@@bengsynthmusic
It's really hard for realtime. Cloth simulation is hardware hungry so it would be baked and/or painstaking mesh morphing done for every possible movement and clothing variant. Red Dead 2 is darn good though.@@bengsynthmusic
@@Spludgeroo I was wondering about the walking animation specifically. It's loopy. I was wondering why they don't randomize it at least. Unreal Engine seems to have better movement so far.
Not really. AI generated pictures have realistic lighting, but you still know they're synthetic with some off details. To get to reality, hundreds of factors must check out perfectly.
It's always crazy to run into your channel whenever I get a video on my recommendations because I remember when you made COD BO3 montages and then some music with NEXP that I really enjoyed around that time hahaha😅
Perspective can be used to make anything look like it's in a dollhouse which is why camera mods are so important for this too. First person POV can help, as well as cinematic mods
I miss the old Dubstepzz man, would watch the montages everyday just couldn't stop watching it. I was like 8 at the time with all the bo2 montages and would watch the same ones on repeat and loved it.
this looks completely impressive. Not only graphics look sharp and ray tracing is awesome but the weapon design and handling, the animation overall is really realistic. a bit wonky when hitting people but shooting and fighting your way around looks very really impressive. Kudos for the team that has been working lots and lots to patch the game multiple times!
As a filmmaker, I really don't like this mod. Or maybe this is specific version of the game. But the thing is, it is a little bit too sharp and there is no depth. Once we have a little bit of depth and little less sharpness, it will look 10 times better. Or maybe it has been done in the post. But the thing is to make it realistic, you have to see it through a camera and I use a black magic cameras and if you go and see the footages on youtube, you see they are not that sharp. That's actually a real and a filmic look, that if we apply to this one, it will look absolutely amazing.
This is the best graphic mod I ever seen in a video game and actually the best graphics for a game ! All time high standarts, real life natural lightings and shadows... Day or night nothing ever compete that for now. CP2077 is game of my life and I'll try this mode definitely !
As insane as this looks, it's kind of disappointing that there's a lot of reliance on an overcast sky for the realism to be shown off. I'd like to see more of what this mod would look like on a clear sky, rainy day, nighttime in the neon light-filled downtown, etc. But thanks for an amazing video regardless!
@@THEpirateshunter I mean, changing the weather is an easy task in CP 2077. If I'm not mistaken it takes more processing power to simulate an environment where light is diffused a million ways like the example above than it takes to show an open sky with one light source, one hard shadow per object, etc.
Realistic ambient lighting is always such a treat to behold Instead of the high contrast/wet street night time videos that oversaturate these "photoreal mods" videos
Even though I've been enjoying Cyberpunk on my Deck, this video convinced me to play the other games in my backlog until I have a machine that can do this game justice.
Funny that Porsche looks so small compared to other cars, it should be huge. If you've seen one in real life you would understand how large and big the car is compared to normal Renault, Audi A3 etc. Graphics are incredible
I love Night City and how it is just another character in the game. I like how people talk about Night City like if it is an important part of their lives, with both love and hate but most of them just can't live anywhere else. You can feel that in the fastastic anime series too. IMO Night City is the greatest city in all the videogame history.
Its nice, but Cyberpunk well known about the neon lights, and dark world, polluted air, etc. Even the books showing the world like that. Its like different world. Blade runner movies show it well!
Love It....this must be PlayStation 60 Revolution ( year 2124) graphics sent back in our time to show our decendants to look forward in future gen. Gaming......awesome ! 👍😀👍😀👍😀👋👋
How are you getting the lambo mods to work? I have them downloaded, and I entered the command into the console, but they still don't show up. What's the specific command you entered into the console? No one on the mod pages has answered my question. 😢
