The numbers really don't add up unless he's running a modded game with more attribute points than the vanilla game provides. Max attribute points at level 60 (with PL installed) is 66 - and the absolute minimum for any part of the attribute tree is 3 points - 20 Int 20 cool 20 tech and 15 ref and at minimum they have would have to have 3 in body which would amount to 78. That's 12 more points than the vanilla game provides.
They use a mod to max all the skills. Their attunements don't add up correctly in previous videos. Cool stuff either way! Luckily you can generally replicate it without needing to run modded
Close but no, it's Militech's answer to Soulkiller, Project Cynosure. What you saw is the Blackwall Gateway quickhack on the Militech Canto Mk.6 Cyberdeck you have to get when you choose to help Reed for his ending path. Makes for the darkest ending for PL imo.
What triggered the EMP blast at 1:55? Is that the Engineer 60 skill reward? Seems like it would mess up stealth quite a bit. EDIT: Nvm, I think it triggered from the enemy. Fury and the EMP should only trigger in combat.
Is my game bugged? I don't see that netrunner "trace", red "line", in my game. Im fully specced into the left and middle tree for the intelligence attributes but I never see that red tracing line when an enemy netrunner is trying to detect me. Please help? I can't fully use the new blackwall gateway against a huge mob because the red trace line is not appearing. Been trying to figure this out for hours now.
It is when a enemy is hacking you and you can hack them back through walls and obstacles via a perk in the intelligence skill tree. It is on the left side of the skill tree and only requires 9 points into intelligence
@@TheRandomMuffinMan yeah but im still being traced even though they don't have a netrunner. this is whack. I'll wait for a nexusmod or a patch or something.
it's part of the relic skill tree called sensory protocol. if you are crouched and are detected, you can dash out of their view and be out of combat with a cooldown of 2 minutes. you can see them dashing and since their not in any enemy's line of sight it put them out of combat.
I don’t know if give that to starfield. Enemies let you walk up to them and magdump them in the face. Funniest part is they don’t die neither because Bethesda thinks that when you turn the difficulty up that enemies should be bullet sponges instead of them doing more damage to the player
That and I mean they are getting hacked. They don’t know where it’s coming from so they can’t really do anything about it until they either trace you or detect you. Think you’re just trying to rage bait lol
