if you want to learn more about this topic I would really recommend the book "period power". It goes into a lot of depth of what is going on in your body in the different phases of your cycle. Btw I love how you started with the follicular phase, I think it makes more sense to view that as the start of your cycle rather than the period. Thank you so much for this video!

Tracking has truly helped me gain peace and clarity in my cycle. I was acting on emotions and thoughts that came in my mind without understanding the deeper process going on in and outside of me. This year was the year I started to truly become aware - especially this past month; then I saw you & hitomi’s video. i love seeing glimpses of the collective energy playing out in beautiful ways
today, i woke up needing a lot more rest and come to find out, i started my period. and then i felt called to watch this, and WOW. for so long, the two weeks before my period (which i now know to be the luteal phase) tore me UP- my life literally felt it was falling apart every single month, like clockwork. i knew it was because of my period but didn't really understand why the "pre-period" phase was so long (we're mostly taught that the week before our period is rough but mine was sometimes 14 days out) and that me not listening to my bodies' cycle was literally throwing my hormones out of balance and making my experience worse. understanding my different phases and why my energy levels, appetite, etc. fluctuate has helped me so much! i'm so excited to get in sync with my body. thank you for this!!!
I really like the advice in this video, and took notes on all the foods you recommended for each phase. I will say that during the menstrual cycle, there is no egg being released - that happens during ovulation! The menstrual cycle releases the old uterine lining.
I noticed that during my luteal phase I’m more receptive to synchronicities. I’m more open to the possibility of a higher power communicating through “coincidences” and matching moments throughout my day. I’m still on the journey of opening my heart to that possibility, but regardless , it’s reassuring and fun. More attune to one’s inner world and more attention to detail like you said
I LOVE that you did a video on this. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now and the cycles are so obvious to me now that I’m no longer on the pill. I’m going to watch again and take notes. I've always felt that having a menstrual cycle made me inferior; that I should do everything in my power to avoid it, ignore it, or try to stop it. I just got mine out on 11/1 & am having my first natural period. HIGHLY recommend. If you have ANY pain trying to remove it yourself, please stop. I had to get mine removed because of that & when the nurse did it, it just popped right out. I didn’t feel a thing. 🫶🏽

I’m 5 months post partum and thought I was 12 days late today because I had I thought my first official period last month!! Since I’ve been Cycle syncing , I noticed that I’m a lot stronger during my luthial stage and Im not hormonal after my period which would last two weeks out of the month. I’m not nearly as moody. I love learning every natural way to live! Thank you for sharing.

I think at some point in humanity we will discover men also have their own kind of cycle Discussing about my period cycle with my lover, he tells me every time he also feels like he goes through various phases but he can’t really figure them out. But his energy is not this constant thing neither and his creativity has peaks. I am excited for the day we have figured out men and women’s cycles and can be respectful of them :)
So many gems in this video. First, I’ll never forget being in the season of my life that I did not understand, and it was a video about where you felt “robotic”, and I remember not being able to put a name to how I felt and it was robotic, and I still to this day have a whole reminder category of just notes from that video. In coming back and seeing this video, I love how you mentioned “We do not have to subscribe to basically what everybody is saying about having the same routine”. Things stick with me and so when I watch these videos about from fitness influencers, I keep hearing make sure you do the same workouts over and over. But I never knew that my cycle was affecting me so much and learning about cycle syncing, changes the whole game so I love this video, especially since implementing practical strategies, and I’m going to return back. Does anyone ever feel like ppl think you are crazy when mentioning cycle syncing? But I also realized a lot of women are on birth control, I used to be one of them so I see now why it feels like a whole life switch. Anyways, great video and it means a lot! You’re the ONLY cycle syncing video I’ve watched that actually EXPLAINED each cycle and I understood it. They’d say menstrual phase but I’m like “when you start to bleed or? The whole cycle until you stop??” Then it’d make the other cycles confusing for me! Thanks for talking about it
Wow this was great!! I’m very in tune with my inner self and how my body functions and my mental health. I was naturally starting to do a lot of the things that you mentioned without realizing what phase I was in. I never looked at it as though we were gifted with a super power. I have been manifesting soo much lately. My cycle feels like it comes on 2x a month and that part was draining me. Maybe because I’m highly anemic so it affects me more when my cycle is on. I didn’t want to see it coming, but after watching your video I will now embrace my phases gracefully! Thank you!!
Sis- this Video is MOST Helpful!! I'm planning to take my hormonal Coil out in the next week and to really give my body the break and grace it deserves. I have not had a period whatsoever for probably just over 3 years now and I feel as though my body is craving to get back to how it Should be functioning. I have lost all, if any, insight to my body and lunar cycle, and I'm just grateful to myself that I have decided to do something to help my poor body get back in tune with itself and me! Just a thought I had… maybe women’s periods and cycles are different and synced with each other is because as tribal people, we actually had that village to take care of our children and give us rest when we were on our period.
