Just played a 4p game as Cyclops Agression vs. Sentinels. Was so fun setting up damage for my teammates. His combos our great, but I am excited to try the Protection aspect as well.

Ok, hear me out : Cyclops and Valkyrie duo where Vakyrie just attach Death-Glow permanently to the villain to allow Cyclops to Optic Blast every turn !!! :) If there are few minions, Valkyrie actually doesn't lose too much and Cyclops becomes very good.

Tried him in solo in protection against Ultron, and it was a very close game, but I got the victory. I think in solo, Hangar Bar + Mutant Protectors can be quite vital. I like him, but really think he shines in MP. Also facepalm moment: I never removed threat when I played "Tactical Brilliance" in my play through 😑

in which order would you suggest to get the x-men heroes if you prioritize most "unique" mechanics? Your reviews are awesome btw mate! and your tier list seems pretty unbiased and universal compared to other tier list makers.

Thank you very much for the kind words! I love this question! So fun to think about. I would probably say Storm, being able to affect every character on the field is super unique and leads to come crazy situations that are even amplified in multiplayer! Second would probably be Colossus, he is in the campaign box, so not sure if that fits your criteria due to it being more than just a hero. Love adding toughs as another resource you can manage!

Did my first multiplayer event a few days ago. Someone was running cyclops leadership and did so many actions a turn that pretty much everyone at the table spaced out and hoped they didn't break any rules

Hahaha yea Leadership Cyclops has become insane with the recent packs. He can just do so much every turn!

I know that some people will be upset by my suggestion. Therefore I’ll apologize in advance. In order to alter Cyclop’s deck build options, I consider his Ruby Quartz Visor as a weapon and not only as an item trait. This allows him to access some weapon trigger based cards in the aggression aspect (mean swing, fussilate and so on). I’m curious to hear your thoughts about it. From my part, I’m just having more fun by using my cards in a more flexible way 😊
