As someone who has listened to Cyhi since middle school, got an english major in college, and is about to graduate law school, this man is without a doubt onr of the greatest writers to ever put a pen to a pad. Not just in rap, but in poetry. Give this man the whole bouquet, forget flowers.

This freestyle is God level. Cyhi is an all time great lyricist.

Holy shit. I met this dude where I used to work. I used to do assistant engineer at this studio in Decatur(ATL) He was one of the writers for this young dude that was trying to make a banger I wish I could remember the young guys name - but I got the impression that he had money - and hired “CyHi” and another writer/producer to try and help him make a hit. I wish I wouldn’t have burned that bridge at that studio. Got to work with some of the people who inspired me the most. But I didn’t realize. cy was like famous and doing his own thing. I figured he was just a writer What’s his writer name? I’d love to know who else he wrote for. (Edit: I commented before watching the whole video. I see that he brings up being a ghost writer. Thats what’s up tho now i at least know I’m not tripping and that it is the same dude)

Just to let you guys know he was never signed to G.O.O.D Music but he did have a little deal situation with Akon, and if you remember Akon's label was convict music.
