Great job from buffalo NY USA. We got into German cars at a young age. Now we tune. Rebuild can bus vag com etc. Vanos. Etc etc. We take jobs from the vw bmw Audi dealers. They can't diagnose electrical problems well

Nice update guys. And now the oil pump is "new", you should tag weld the nut to the gear. One tag is enough. Thanks for sharing and have a great New Years Eve! Dutch regards, Nico.

Спасибо большое за столь подробное руководство! Сейчас собираю свой двигатель после профилактики. Скажите пожалуйста, я отмыл постели средством для мойки двигателя, все отмылось очень хорошо. Но постели из алюминия и они немного потускнели. Важно ли перед установкой отшлифовать шейки и гнезда под гидрики до зеркала или можно так поставить и ничего страшного?

Hi, Crank. Thank you for the video. I'm currently in the process of putting together my M54 engine. Can you please provide the part number for the new cam shaft nuts BMW upgraded that you installed at 11:10? I would like to upgrade mine also, but I'm having a hard time finding them. Thank you.

Не могли бы вы указать номер детали для новых гаек распределительных валов BMW, которые вы установили в 11:10? Я также хотел бы обновить свои, но мне трудно их найти. Спасибо.

Hey crank🖐🏻 i want to ask about ecu reflashing. I still dont know how to bridge the 20 pin adapter to obd2 :(, i see that you using a switch to make in flash/write mode. Can you tell me how to make it or does someone sells that 20 pin adapter like that? Please reply it. Im so frustrated😔. Thanks crank🙏

Hello Raisya ! You need to bridge pin 14 and pin 18 to each other , nothing else special :-)

Engine mounts are installed correctly , not sure what are you meaning about that . The porting doesn't look very pretty , but we don't have a lot of choices in our country , so hopefully will do the job .

@@e55v86 Thanks Mehmed ! But if I need to be honest, I'm not also a fan of the looks of the cylinder head porting, doesn't matter the positive feedback for this workshop, which did the job. But in the worst case scenario, we going to buy new aka second hand cylinder head, they are not so expensive and mount it with OEM look :D
