Cynthia co-wrote this song , unfortunately our people said they didn’t want to see the movie because Cynthia was from the UK, but I liked the movie it was well directed . I didn’t want to see it because we all know the story but I watched and cried, through my shoe at the TV and when she sang this song as the slaves ran out of the woods as Moses was waiting there with troops arms opened wide to lead her people home I cried . ❤️❤️❤️❤️
