Welcome to Cyprus! In this video we are exploring the incredible mountain villages of Fikardou and Pano Lefkara, as well as taking in some of the best mountain views and most beautiful landscapes of the Troodos mountains in Cyprus along the way!

Our first stop of our Cyprus road trip in this video is the beautiful village of Fikardou, a semi-abandoned village with a very unique feel at the time we visited because it just so happened to be home to Fikardou Christmas Market that was lining the streets of this deserted village for the perfect christmas in Cyprus
After this we drove over the Troodos mountains towards our next village, and on the way we stopped of at Machairas Monastery, a beautiful monastery in Nicosia Mountains. As well as did a hike up to Kakotziefalos View Point, one of many amazing viewpoints in these mountains that gives a mind blowing view of Cyprus!
For our final location we wanted to contrast Fikardou with a very busy and bustling village that is extremely famous for its production and embroidery of silver and lace, so we travelled across to Pano Lefkara. This village is located in the district of Larnaca and is wonderful to explore around, and home to some great places to eat!
