Cyril H. Wecht is a very articulate, dynamic speaker, Very convincing. He speaks with upmost authority. However, he wildly misrepresents the facts. He throw's every conspiracy theory at the wall just to see what sticks then goes with it. He clings to evidence that has long been dis proven. He does a real disservice to truth. Overall, I find him a truly repugnant human being. He has proven himself to be what he is. A charlatan. A horriable person.

To be fair, we should also mention then there are very few " conspiracy insiders" sharing the theories this film portrays today. So you either agree with the very questionable theories of the film still, or you cant say " mainstream media" ( god that word) was totally wrong to question the film also.

The movie is packed with so many *demonstrable* lies we could spend all day just listing them all.

The direction a person's head goes upon being shot is meaningless regarding what direction the bullet came from. (I) Lee Bowers sees "flash of light" and "smoke" He mentioned neither to WC. Told conspiracy author later he saw "flash of light or smoke or something," vague and useless to investigators. (J) Bowers murdered. Both the police and the HSCA investigated his car accident (long after he testified), found no evidence of foul play. (K) Jean Hill sees shooter behind knoll, was sequestered and harassed immediately afterward. Made no such claim in the 1960's, later made up many tall tales. (L) Jackie pulls JFK down in limo, allowing TSBD assassin to shoot Connally. Did not happen. (M) Fake hobos are "arrested," disappear. They were ID'd and released with zero evidence against them. (N) Zapruder film establishes 3 shots in 5.6 seconds. It clearly demonstrates 3 shots in 8-9 seconds. (O) 3 cartridges lie "neatly side by side in sniper's nest." They were scattered, photographed in place, and it's absurd a conspiracy would stack them neatly in the first place. (P) Head shot would be through "heavy foliage." View from nest was clear. (Q) Clemmons describes Tippit shot by 2 men. Her original statements sound more like one shooter and one bystander trying to get under cover. Multiple other witnesses firmly ID'd Oswald as Tippit's lone killer. (R) Scores of cops invade theater over a guy entering without paying. The man who entered was a good match for the description out for Tippit's killer. (S) Mean cops rough up poor Oswald as he shouts he's not resisting. Oswald tried to shoot the first cop to approach him and fought like a demon as he was disarmed. (T) Garrison is advised by mysterious "Mr. X" Mr. X never existed; he was based on notorious crackpot Fletcher Prouty. (U) Open windows would "never" have been allowed in Dealey Plaza. JFK was frequently filmed riding in open parades through cities, surrounded by open windows. (V) Jack Ruby plants single bullet on Parkland stretcher. It's highly unlikely Ruby had time to make a trip to Parkland. The planter wouldn't know a bullet had fallen out of Connally's leg, how much lead would have to be missing, or that he wouldn't be planting one bullet too many into evidence. Scenario requires ballistics boys to be willing accessories to capital murder and treason. (W) JFK's body "stolen" from Dallas to thwart authorities. It was urgent to get LBJ back to D.C. in case WWIII was starting, he refused to leave without Jackie and she refused to leave without her husband's body. Scenario requires Kennedy's own Secret Service team to be part of plot to murder him. (X) Autopsy a fraud to hide fact of multiple shooters. Scenario required military personnel, pathologists, X-ray technicians, etc. at Bethesda to be willing accessories to capital murder and treason. Conspirators would have been infinitely safer just saying Oswald must have had an accomplice who got away. (Y) Phone system goes down in D.C. following assassination. It was overloaded but most calls went through. (Z) LBJ orders limo "filled with bullet holes" refurbished. The Warren commission, if it was made up of honest men, would clearly see the plot and the facts that did not fit the theory of putting the blame only on Oswald, but they would think by themselves: “If those who have done this have executed the President in broad daylight, what will they not do with me if I bother them?”, so for Warren commission people were much better to believe that there was only one sniper, especially if he was already dead, so they had ONE shooter to wrap it up in a nice package with a bow on top to make the public feel better that the shooter was caught. Experts found there was frames swapped out and put into different places I forgot which frames but it's on a documentary on the Tubber.

Using a hollow point round on a jug a time or two isn't going to give you true results as it was allegedly a fmj round but you cant see little mist of blood on that kind of poor quality camera's and you need to shot something that is more similar to a human head and then do it a few hundred times before you can get an average of how many shots reacted the same way or not but you don't have too much experience in ballistics but it doesn't take a genius to get a good idea of a bullet does but don't cloud people's thoughts who are trying to learn about the assassination because your kinda putting mis-information out there just remember blood is thicker than water and will react differently to blood also there was a few dents made from bullets on the limo,the windshield and the trim above the rear view mirror and a bullet tear just behind JFK where the convertible top would lower and this is a fact as workers at the Ford plant seen this and volunteer to testify if need be but WC like always never interviewed witnesses that could change the WC single shooter theory but you would think Oswald passing 3 different pariphine tests on his face,neck,arms and hands would be enough to change that but either way the pariphine tests would have been enough to clear Oswald that's why the WC never entered it as evidence etc because the single shooter is busted and instantly becomes a conspiracy but I respect your theory and questions because the stupidest questions are the ones nobody ask and debating is how you get somewhere in my opinion but I have 38 year's of studying different aspects of the investigation and I'm open to new theories on some things,other thing's no way but people want to prove a conspiracy then just look at the picture of Oswald,Ruby,Shaw at Ruby's club and I forgot the other 2 mens name but you can find the picture on the documentary "The men who killed Kennedy" or go watch the documentary the 2 Oswald's it will blow your mind with information that is on records and is real true evidence so keep up the good work and hope you find answers in those documentaries because I did.

Karl...We know that there was damage to the apical aspect of the R lung. I surmise that the throat bullet (a low speed projectile) hit a cervical vertebra and reflected down to that lung.

View of the entry wound on Connally's back would have been demonstrably blocked by Kennedy's body, the same bullet has to have gone through both of them, and the only way it could do that is by exiting at Kennedy's throat. Zapruder film was in custody, processed, copied, distributed and viewed by investigators and media representatives way too fast to have been screwed with.

The bullet that went into JFK's back at the level of the third thoracic vertebrae did NOT even penetrate the lining of the lung !! It was a shallow wound !! Autopsy assistant Jim Jenkins has publicly confirmed this on film recently, and also in the 1990s to the ARRB. HE cut out JFK's lungs....there was no bullet in this shallow wound that was one and a half inch deep ! If that bullet had gone through the body, it would have come out JFK's CHEST !!! ...as it DID in the TV animation that claimed the single bullet theory was TRUE !! My guess is the bullet was removed BEFORE the official autopsy at 8pm, and that it was fired from a silenced gun, which slows a bullet down to silence it. Then, the bullet encountered JFK's back brace, which further slowed it down. JFK's neat throat entrance wound was GORED into a hideous GASH prior to the autopsy, as DOCUMENTED by the autopsy photos ! That is because a bullet was removed from his throat, When MLK was shot, the bullet had remained in HIS throat, didn't it ? That bullet never matched James Earl Ray's rifle !!

@@marquesmurray Key part (ignored by Marques Murray) is that the bullet hole in the front of Kennedy's neck was at the Adam's Apple, which his shirt collar and necktie were pressed against. Thus there was a certain amount of pressure pushing against his neck from the outside by his clothing. Forensic tests demonstrate that exit wounds more closely resemble entrance wounds under such circumstances. That is, a bullet exiting human flesh that is under pressure does not expand as much as does flesh under no external pressure. Thus, the exit wound can be small and clean and resemble an entrance wound. An examination of Kennedy's shirt and tie revealed the fibers were pointing outward indicating the throat wound was an exit wound.

In my research, I've found 19 witnesses who did hear at least one shot from the knoll/triple underpass area. Four were in front of the TSBD. Two on the forth floor. One on the third. FBI Agents Sibert and O'Neill strongly disagreed with the SBT. They were not shy about it.

@@81overon Many people, including the Bill & Gayle Newman: who stood on the sidewalk in front of the Grassy Knoll, felt the shots came from "somewhere" behind them. Dealey Plaza had surrounding building that produced reverberating echos. This has been analyzed many times so it was hard to pinpoint where many sounds would originate from. But other witnesses, who provided testimony included Lee Bowers, who was working in the railroad watch tower, stating that he saw the motorcade pass by and heard the shooting but saw no one in the rail yard including the picket fence area. Another couple of witnesses, Austin Miller and S. M. Holland, who were standing on the over pass didn't see anyone running through the rail yard and even ran over toward the parking lot right after the shots were fired. Several policeman were already in the area, one who had been stationed on the overpass, and began their search. They found no evidence of gun shells or anything else to indicate someone was standing behind the picket fence. According to Dallas County Detective Eugene Boone when he searched the fence area found no footprints along the fence area. Accordingly the "beds" has been turned and the soil was fresh. Anyone standing in that area would have left footprints. None were found. Obviously their are plenty of stories to go around and will forever. One final point to consider Emmett Houston, who was a groundskeeper, was one of three men standing on the stairs leading to the Grassy Knoll showed no reactions to any of the shots that were fired. (this can been observed in Mary Mooreman's Polaroid picture the instant Kennedy was hit in the head.) I believe that if a gun a being fired behind you and shots whizzing over your heard you would be either ducking or hitting the ground, but they stand their watching the motorcade and one man reacts only as the Kennedy limousine speeds off.

@@scottspaine4864 Where are the echoes coming from? Let's look around the TSBD. There are no buildings to the west, southwest or south. If echoes were prevalent in the plaza, why didn't more witnesses hear more than three shots? If echoes were an issue, I believe more witnesses should have been unsure of the number of shots and the direction. The autopsy is another issue. There are at least two sets of photos. Evidence was falsified in the Walker shooting. I've been studying this case since the late 60s. We may never find the real truth.

I have been reading and researching this subject for over 50 years and have read more than 20 books on the subject, read the Warren Commissions Report, dug through the Dallas police archives as well as the National Archives looking for anything that could prove Oswald was not guilty. Over the past 50 plus years MANY theories have come out and for those conspiracy people nothing can be produced to change their opinions. But given the time that has passed since 11/22/63 NO ONE has been able to produce another killer, only speculation which is based on opinion. In 1978 the HSCA conducted tests in Dealey Plaza and "found twenty-two structures that would have produced echoes." "One hears, the committee wrote, " a very strong reflection(echo) from the Post Office Annex that arrives about 1 second after the shot, regardless of whether the rifle is fired from the TSBD or Grassy Knoll. Because of the long delay, a listener located on the knoll would recognize this as an echo but might place the source somewhere in back of him, anywhere from the TSBD to railway overpass a listener would hear a strong echo from the general vicinity of the overpass." These are not my opinions but the facts as testified by earwitnesses as well as the investigators form the HSCA. So I have to believe the trail of evidence over what I think because I have never seen an evidence of another gunman that day. Research the Willis photographs. He took a picture just as the limousine was passing by the Stemmons Freeway sign. Looking in the background the picket fence is clearly visible and I what I see is the fence, top, the tree line, bottom, with no images of anything else. If a shooter was behind the fence he was either ducking until the limousine reached a certain points or no one was standing behind the fence. Mary Mooreman (as I previously stated) took her Poloroid the second Kennedy was hit in the head. Once again no images show up behind the fence other that the top of the fence and the bottom of the trees. So did the Willis and Mooreman photographs reveal that no one was behind the fence and hence no Grassy Knoll shooting. This is fun isn't it!?

The autopsy was inept and incomplete to the point that we will never know the truth about JFKs wounds. I don't believe the SBT or that 399 could have done that damage and remain it the found condition. The chain of custody for 399 had problems. I enjoy a good mystery and JFK is a good one.

If Oswald shot 2 different firearms why did he test 99.9% negative on a pariphine test on his neck face,arms,hands except a pin head on the inside of one palm,your not washing gunpowder residue off in the short time Oswald had after the assassination and then kills Tippits with a revolver that leaves alot of gunpowder residue especially after 4 shots,so if you can explain that please be guest because any forensic firearm specialist will tell you that's impossible and pariphine tests don't lie the can detect microscopic particles of gun power.

And the paraffin test seemingly absolved him of that, right? Reliability of the Test Wrong, as it turns out. Before the assassination, the FBI had conducted experiments showing the unreliability of paraffin tests. FBI expert Cortlandt Cunningham testified to this in front of the Warren Commission (3H487): And 17 men were involved in this test. Each man fired five shots from a .38 caliber revolver. Both the firing hand and the hand that was not involved in the firing were treated with paraffin casts, and then those casts treated with diphenylamine. A total of eight men showed negative or essentially negative results on both hands. A total of three men showed positive results on the idle hand, but negative on the firing hand. Two men showed positive results on their firing hand and negative results on their idle hands. And four men showed positive on both hands, after having fired only with their right hands. It is evident that false positives and false negatives occur with the revolvers. After the assassination the Warren Commission directed the FBI to run the same experiment using the C2766 rifle and ammunition which was identical to what was found in the Texas School Book Depository. Cunningham related the results of that experiment (3H494): CUNNINGHAM: Yes. We fired the rifle. Mr. Killion fired it three times rapidly, using similar ammunition to that used in the assassination. We reran the tests both on the cheek and both hands. This time we got a negative reaction on all casts. EISENBERG: So to recapitulate, after firing the rifle rapid-fire no residues of any nitrate were picked off Mr. Killion's cheek? CUNNINGHAM: That is correct, and there were none on the hands. We cleaned off the rifle again with dilute HCl. I loaded it for him. He held it in one of the cleaned areas and I pushed the clip in so he would not have to get his hands near the chamber-in other words, so he wouldn’t pick up residues, from it, or from the action, or from the receiver. When we ran the casts, we got no reaction on either hand or on his cheek. On the controls, when he hadn't fired a gun all day, we got numerous reactions. Cunningham had explained earlier why a false negative could arise with the rifle (3H492): EISENBERG: A paraffin test was also run of Oswald's cheek and it produced a negative result. CUNNINGHAM: Yes. EISENBERG: Do your tests, or do the tests which you ran, or your experience with revolvers and rifles, cast any light on the significance of a negative result being obtained on the right cheek? CUNNINGHAM: No, sir; I personally wouldn’t expect to find any residues on a person's right cheek after firing a rifle due to the fact that by the very principles and the manufacture and the action, the cartridge itself is sealed into the chamber by the bolt being closed behind it, and upon firing the case, the cartridge case expands into the chamber filling it up and sealing it off from the gases, so none will come back in your face, and so by its very nature, I would not expect to find residue on the right cheek of a shooter. To summarize, both false positives, from nitrates present in ordinary substances other than gunpowder, and false negatives, due to the sealed-chamber design of the C2766, arose in paraffin tests.
