What You'll Need ~
Bicarbonate Soda, Coconut oil, Salt & a container
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
➳ The measurements of each ingredient are 1/3
➳ I used organic Coconut oil
➳ I used Himalayan salt because of its beneficial properties... You can use sea salt, whichever salt you use make sure it's as natural and organic as possible so I wouldn't recommend table salt
➳ For the container make sure its air tight and leave it in a cool place, The coconut oil does melt at a 24℃/76℉ so if you live in a hotter climate it may do that lying around, keeping it in the fridge will make it quite hard, maybe too hard to get any on your toothbrush. I leave mine out, living in the U.K the consistency is solid but moveable.
➳ You can add an ESSENTIAL OIL to your toothpaste like peppermint to give it a minty flavour. Each essential oil has different directions of use so just make sure before you put a few drops of the oil into the mix, if the mint essential oil is pure and organic just a few drops will give it a more pleasant flavour
➳ Also you can add a natural SWEETENER to your toothpaste. This along side the mint from an essential oil will change the flavour of the toothpaste
