STEP.01
Position CHANGE LEVER to neutral (N).
STEP.02
Press LOCK LEVER, pull the grip ring and release LOCK LEVER.
STEP.03
Freely adjust the load chain up and down to apply the BOTTOM HOOK to the load.
STEP.04
After assembling the detached GRIP RING, turn the grip ring by hand until the chain is taut.
STEP.05
Tighten or fix the load by operating LEVER HANDLE.
Cautions when using the lever hoist
1. Do not load more than rated load (or OVER fixtures).
2. In case of overload operation was performed and parts are deformed, do not operate the lever hoist
3. Use a straight line so that the top and bottom HOOK and CHAIN do not bend.
4. It should not be used in a way that applies shock pressure to the upper and lower HOOK and CHAIN.
5. Do not use with twisted, capsized, or warped chain.
6. Do not forcibly use it until the end of CHAIN or the top of HOOK.
7. Use it in the state where LOCK LEVER is completely engaged.
8. Never use two in parallel.
