I feel so sorry for Marie with her mom dying and her beautiful dog having puppies any time. The thing is that dogs live in the moment and won’t be angry that Marie is gone. God bless you Marie.

I feel like no one ever talks about how much time vets and technicians spend waiting for dogs to poop

I felt so sad for Marie when she revealed she had to leave because her mother was dying. It was bittersweet when she was able to see the birth of some of the pups. It had to have been upsetting when the little female did not make it, but I think it was awesome that eleven pups did survive and were doing so well. This was a good episode. I like that "new" faces have been added to the roster. So many stories and so many vets to follow; that is why I like Bondi Vet.

I wouldn't have expected there the issue in the dachshund to be that he ate sand! I'm glad Gary's owner knew to take him to the vet right away when he showed unusual symptoms.

I fell in love with Gary the dachdund. I don't believe I've ever seen such a beautiful face, his coloring and beautiful clear eyes...he's a real looker with a wonderful personality, he has the look of a one and only, which is a marker for their breed. What a darling 💕🐾

Aww, the Dachshund is such a cutie!! I felt quite sorry for the Golden Retriever, having 12 puppies! My heart really went out to Marie too, with her mum being so sick at the same time.

18:50 my heart sunk so much, I know Marie's pain with her mother having cancer. This hits home so much since I lost my mom to cancer too. I cry for her. :( Her dog is absolutely stunning she's going to be a great momma.

My heart just broke for Marie. Her mother obviously lived a long full life & there's comfort that comes with being with your loved ones as they pass when it's peaceful. Though she couldn't be there when the puppies were born she was able to see the birth. A dear friend of mine worked in a veterinary clinic while we were still in high school & she assisted in puppy deliveries all the time. During one of the deliveries one of the pups was born with no heartbeat & fully limp, no signs of life but because it was an emergency C-section they have to just set the pup aside & get back to mom. During the commotion the dead puppy got knocked off the table & when Katie bent to pick it up she heard this loud squeal come from this tiny puppy. Lol, I was furious as she's telling this story thinking the vet didn't give enough attention to this little baby but as it turned out the pup was beyond traditional help but the impact from the fall is what revived it. The vet said he'd heard about situations like that but in over 20 years of practice he'd never seen it. Don't worry they didn't incorporate dropping unresponsive puppies as part of their practice.

7 years ago my golden retriever Bella ran away from home and met a retired police dog(a german shepherd) and few months later she had 11 black puppies. Before we got her spayedd she had ran away again to the same dog and they had another litter. This time she had 14 puppies(all black). Then we quickly got her spayed. But all babies got amazing homes and are very smart. P.s.Bella was our first dog and no vets ever told us that we should get her spayed. But everything ended well.

I really need to check my prejudices... I saw ‘American bulldogs’ (pit bulls), and the tough looking owner, and I wasn’t expecting that the owner would be so diligent about getting the puppies vaccinated and dewormed. He’s a good puppy parent!

I feel so bad that Greta lost one of her puppies but I’d like to see it in a way in which the puppy lost went straight to heaven to help keep Marie’s recently deceased Mum some company.😉

As a German, this pronunciation of Dachshund is hilarious.

American bulldogs are lovely. I was sitting at the vets with my cat one and a lady came in with her American bulldog Alfie. He was born deaf and she had rescued the poor little mite. She had spent a lot of time and money getting the right help for him and had taught him sign language. She showed me some of what he could do. Such an astonishing little guy and so friendly. He almost licked me to death - and she asked if I minded when he very first approached me, too. I've never forgotten either of them.

I broke & then straight to knowing Nanna Marie is going to possibly miss Gretta's birth because she's flying out to be with he dying mother, tears are flowing. She's flying her friend from New Zealand to care for her fog, that is impressive dedication as the mom or dad of a fur baby.

Thank you for this great series. I'm allergic to dander of almost any animal that has hair of any kind. Growing up on a working farm was quite the challenge. I get my fill of furry friends, 🐕 🐈 🐄 🐎 🐑 and all the others by watching these videos 📹 😄 .

Well, If a dog is sick and they won’t eat, feed them by hand. They feel safer, same with any animal! Like horses, cats, mice, and even snakes.

Yrs ago I had a female doberman... I was getting ready to get dressed for my shift at the hospital when she started to deliver her pups... I called in... she had 12 healthy puppies... after the sixth or seventh one, I could tell she was tiring... I helped rub and dry them and put them to nurse... they all survived and thrived... I boiled chicken, let the broth cool and let her drink that ... didn't know if that was the right thing or not to help w milk production, but diluted w water, she loved it. We kept the 'runt' of the litter and he grew to be bigger than his mom!! Love this show!!!

I was a vet technician for almost 20 years. I have see what it looks like when a dog eats something and it breaks through the intestines. It's a very sad situation. He has swallowed one of those toy soldiers with attached parachutes.

I just can't get over how great you are! I watch at least 3-5 videos a day😁 it's so cool, sad, happy, and I love it! I wanted to be a vet, but I don't think I can handle putting animals down and telling owners bad news. But I have been helping stuffed animals that are in trouble. That's as good as its gonna get unless I change my mind some day!

My dachshund who has been with me my whole life died at age 12. He was my first pet, literally my first friend, and my best friend. Every time I came home he would bark happily, when I come home now it’s silent, at night I would put him in a kennel and every morning I would let him out, I still look in the kennel to see on,y his fav toy):

I was thinking on the Garry dog episode when she said that they eat anything they can get and that he went to the beach, I knew it was sand but not a bucket of sand. The owner probably felt very stressed and upset.

So...I'm watching Gary. Several years ago I had a dog, Sadie. Sadie had all of the same symptoms.Sadie, unbeknownst to us, ate a bowl of melon seeds in had set down, never even given a thought about her eating. Over the course of two days and $4,000 they went in to do surgery, but were able to massage them through, which was, of course, much better than abdominal surgery, but was no less expensive. She recovered nicely. I had her for a couple of more years before brain cancer took her from me.
